Outstanding customer service!! Ordered flower delivery from oline retailer, paid extra for guaranteed same day and received an email "delivery problem, will not arrive on scheduled date". Becky @ Colchester Florist could not have been any more helpful if she tried. Despite VERY late notice she put together a beautiful arrangement and hand delivered it the same day. I usually don't leave online reviews but had to for this business ~ HIGHLY recommend!

This is a pretty small Fresh Market. I feel like I leave empty handed fairly often. They just don't have the selection of some of the other Fresh Markets that I've shopped. Smaller bakery, wine, and overall gifts selection. You can still find "the basics" that you'd expect- produce, the candy, flowers. I think the weekly deals can be very good as well. Convenient location and easy to get in and out of the parking lot because of the stoplight.

I contacted Keser's in Glastonbury, who I know and trust, for a referral for a florist in Colchester. Without hesitation, they referred me to Colchester Florist. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to a friend for her birthday. The arrangement was stunning, my friend was thrilled and Colchester Florist went the extra distance to follow up and make sure she received her flowers and was happy with them. A+ customer service and product.
