City Line Florist has been my "go to" florist for many years. The Roehrich family and their staff are the best!! I searched all over for a local florist who could guarantee delivery for a last minute Valentine's Day bouquet for my mother. I placed an order and then followed up with a call and was ASSURED that they both received it and verbally confirmed that they could deliver the flowers today. My mom waited and waited and at 8pm someone from City Line finally called her to tell her that they were not going to be able to deliver her the flowers we sent. Needless to say it was very disappointing, however, I received an apologetic follow up call from the owner Susan at City Line about how sorry they were and they sent my mom a complimentary arrangement the following day in hopes that they could make up for their mistake. I do very much appreciate the effort to remedy the situation.

First off, let me say that I'm a florist, and am very picky when choosing a florist to use. I was a little nervous when I saw one of the reviews about roses, but as a florist, I totally understand how it could have happened! I ordered a fruit and gourmet basket off of their website, which by the way is SO EXTREMELY easy to use; no glitches, pictures very clear, easy to input information. My delivery was going to a hotel for father's day as my dad travels for work, and I know from personal experience how difficult it is to trust customers with hotel information. I got three emails, one to thank me for placing the order, one to confirm they have received it, and one to confirm delivery. Sure enough, I get a phone call from the hotel (I called them to make sure they put it in his room) that a very nice delivery man dropped it off and said to be gentle because of the fruit. All in all, the experience was wonderful, my dad loved it, and I was definitely not disappointed with the size or contents; they definitely served me well and I highly recommend this florist. I will be doing flowers next time!

I live in NY and decided Sunday morning to send flowers to my cousin in CT. I found a gorgeous arrangement called Succulent Sunset. Not only were the flowers delivered within 2 hrs, they looked exactly like the photo on their website. When my cousin sent me a pic of the arrangement I actually thought it was the pic from the website!!! I was thrilled, and of course, my cousin loved them as well! Thank you so much City Line.
