Outstanding customer service, extremely knowledgable staff and a selection of flowers that was breath talking.. Madelyn took the time to ask questions about the recipients likes and dislikes. I've never been asked this before, it really hit home when i saw a picture of the flowers. Love it so much I should send Bon Bon Fleur flowers to say thank you.

I have been a long time customer of Bon Fleur. I have ordered arrangements for friends and family and have always received amazing reactions from everyone who has been lucky enough to receive a gorgeous arrangement from Bon Fleur. I have also had occasion to need arrangements for parties I have hosted and have enjoyed working with Madeline and her entire staff, they are so helpful and talented, always such beautiful flowers the complete the look ad set the tone for a party. I would never use anyone else!

If you are looking for someone who is talented, creative, patient, professional, lovely, accessible and dependable - that is my (new) friend Madeline. I call her my friend because she handled my last-minute request as if she were my long-time friend. The floral arrangements varied from large to small and Madeline knew exactly what I wanted - she listened to me and created the most beautiful space. I was planning the biggest family event to date and Madeline took on all ... centerpieces, unique custom ideas, theme and decor -- she led, produced and curated. Closer to the deadline I was juggling a lot and whenever I called Madeline she was reassuring and literally told me "I've got this" - and she did. I only wish I had more events in the pipeline - so that I could have an opportunity to work with her and her team at Bon Fleur in New Canaan, again.

I walked into this family owned shop and the owner was there to greet me. I was looking for a small arrangement of flowers and told her my spending limit. She went into the back and made the most beautiful creation that looked far more than what I paid for it. I’ll definitely be back.
