Ordered some flowers to be delivered to the local hospital. Often times when you place an order a few States away you never really know what gets delivered. I just received a picture of the bouquet that was delivered and even a few days after I placed the order it still looks fresh, just like the picture on their website. Thank you and kudos.

The flowers arrived on time and Sue was helpful pinning on boutonnieres and coursages for the wedding party. The bouquets and all the other flowers were stunning! Really they couldn't have turned out better!

We worked with Sue for our wedding and she blew us away. She was accomadating to our schedule on our wedding day, budget, and type of glassware for our flowers. Not only were the flowers more beautiful than we could have imagined, they were all in impeccable condition, cut at the height of their bloom, but Sue also delivered the bridal bouquets directly to where we got ready and arranged the centerpieces on site for our venue. I would choose them for our flowers again and again and again.

My husband sent me a wonderful bouquet for our 18th anniversary and was rather specific about both the flowers and the timing of the delivery as I tend to sleep in on Saturdays, while he works a double. Everything was perfect the flowers are gorgeous, some are still to bloom, the delivery man was so sweet and polite giving me time to clam my protective dogs. All in all this was a great experience and a florist I hope to support for many anniversaries to come ;^)

My favorite florist in town! I've received two bouquets from them, both stunning! They add the little extras that make it pop. Example: My long stemmed roses had little pink berries mixed in instead of boring babies breath. I adored them! When another florist messed up my order, they stepped in and created a beautiful arrangement. Love them!

Ordered online for Mother’s Day delivery all the way up by Horsetooth Reservoir. The flowers were actually better than the photos online and the driver went above and beyond to leave them in a safe spot (from the deer). 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered a "designer" bouquet for my wife for Valentine's Day from Paul Wood Florist in Fort Collins, CO which is now owned by Palmer Flowers. I placed the order 3 days before Valentine's day and paid $125.00 for the bouquet plus an additional $23 for delivery. I told the florist when I placed the order that I work from home so they could deliver anytime during the day but that I wanted to be sure I had the flowers before my wife got home from work. At 4pm on Valentine's Day no bouquet, called the shop and at first they had difficulty finding my order then they assured me my order was out for delivery. At 5pm no bouquet so I called the shop back again and spoke to a different woman and again she had difficulty finding my order but once she found it she assured me my order was "on it's way" and offered her "sincere apology" for the delay. At 5:30 my wife got home from work and still no bouquet, at 6pm no bouquet, at 7 pm no bouquet, finally at 7:45pm the "designer" bouquet showed up. The condition of the flowers was poor with most drooping and some damaged. When my wife saw the bouquet her first comment was "Well, it's a nice little garden of flowers". Not the reaction I was hoping for from a "designer" Valentine's Day bouquet and I am sure some of her lack of enthusiasm was because delivery was so late as well as the bouquet being something you would give your grandmother for her 80th birthday not your wife on Valentine's Day. Apparently the florists at Paul Wood\Palmer Flowers don't get the point of Valentine's Day... Save time, money and aggravation and use a different florist.

I am going to give them a 4 star rating because of Michelle who corrected the problems with great customer service. I have received my correct bouquet and am very pleased. We received a centerpiece on Friday, and for some reason, it didn’t look good, and by the 3rd day it looked dead. We called to let them know without having any expectations. We figured if that was our business, we would like to know. On Wednesday morning, a beautiful centerpiece, fresh and lovely was delivered to our house. As I said, we only called to let them know, and never asked for a replacement. I really appreciate their kindness and the way we were treated on the phone, no question asked. Paul Wood did a floral arrangement for a remembrance ceremony for a friend who had lost her daughter. I am never too secure about ordering arrangements online as I have been disappointed so many times. They either substitute (with cheap flowers) so it looks nothing like the one ordered or it's way smaller than you expected. Paul Wood Florist did not do that and people that attended actually took photos of the flowers they were so unusual and spectacular! It was gorgeous! I wish this floral shop was in my town!!
