I ordered some flowers to be sent to someone who was having a bad day. I ordered through the mobile site. We have an inside joke about her getting a pony, so I requested they draw a pony the card in the delivery instructions. She also has a nickname for me that is strange (think what Mel Gibson said to the police officer) and I signed it as that. They drew the pony, kept my signature the same and everything! She loved it. I will always get flowers from here from now on!

You never know what kind of product or service you will receive when sending flowers or gifts when you live out of town. I live in TN, and needed to send flowers to a dear friend in CO. I called My Floral Shop, and spoke with Meg who was extremely helpful in assisting me with my bouquet choice. I received a snap shot of the arrangement the next day via text, and it was BEAUTIFUL! I give this shop a 5 + rating on the freshness and curtesy of Meg, who delivered them. My daughter in Australia sent me these flowers on May 10th for Mother's Day (Photo 1 with the card). The 2nd photo was taken on May 25th, 15 days later!! WOW, I couldn't believe it. Today is June 2nd, and I still have them in the vase but the white ones are now sad so I will probably let them go, but the still smell great so I just might keep them another day! LOL. :) This last photo taken today, June 2nd shows the yellow Daisies still hanging on!! I will definitely be getting all my flowers from My Floral Shop!

I ordered the Colorado Sunset arrangement. I requested that it be delivered later the same day. I received a call shortly after the order was replaced. The gentleman said that they didn't have the flowers for the arrangement, but would get them in the next day and would be able to deliver it then. The delivered arrangement was pretty, but didn't look much like the picture.

New flower boss in Colorado Springs! This guy is the best. Called in yesterday for my wife’s birthday and they delivered. I was concerned because last year I ordered a similar Bouquet from a different company and it was completely unimpressive with short roses. These guys came correct and she was so happy! Great job guys I won’t go anywhere else. Tell them you want the boss bouquet it’ll be a home run. It was about $100 included delivery and definitely worth it.

My husband order on Friday for delivery on Saturday. Yes the Saturday before Mother's day, they were the only shop that would deliver on short notice. The roses were beautiful, the colors are vibrant and the scent is beautiful. The flowers were fresh with large blooms. My Floral Shop is now our go to florist.

The worst customer service! They delivered flowers to my house, it was supposed to be a surprise. For some unknown reason they left it with one of my neighbors without asking me first! The gift contained a very personal message which is now going to become public due to them having no respect for people's privacy! When I spoke to the manager and asked him to simply leave flowers by my entrance door, he seemed to not show any care or consideration and simply stated that the soonest they can deliver flowers to me is the next business day! Even though I spoke with the manager around 3pm, and they are still open, they refused to fix their mistake! No respect for people's privacy, no consideration for their customers! I'll make sure that my family and I never use them again!

It’s the day before Christmas Eve, and I received a phone call from the online flower delivery service saying they can’t deliver to my Grandmom today, and that they were sorry. In a panic I called My Floral Shop, and told them what happened. He calmed me down and was able to get flowers out to my Grandma today! That’s first class service. I'm so impressed with My Floral Shop!!! This past week, the pastor of my bosses church had a stroke, so we sent flowers to him from all the employees. I was nervous ordering online because I couldn't see the quality of the flowers. He was transferred to a hospital out of town (Colorado Springs) and placed in the ICU. The ICU rejected the delivery of the flowers because they aren't allowed on the unit (I wasn't aware of the rule). My Floral Shop waited four days patiently with us as we figured out what to do. Our boss was gonna pick them up but wasn't able to. As soon as his pastor was moved to a room, we called the shop and in a snap they delivered the best/biggest/freshest flower arrangement of all the ones he'd received!!! I was absolutely impressed when I received a picture of his happy recovering face with the arrangement. I cannot stress enough, if you are nervous to order online, trust me, just do it. They will take care of you.

My boyfriend sent me a beautiful floral arrangement and a teddy bear on my birthday from My Floral Shop. The young lady who delivered it was sweet, knowledgeable and kind. She not only acknowledged me as "The birthday girl" when I answered the door and told me "Happy Birthday" when she was leaving (which I thought was very sweet), but she also gave me tips to keep my flowers looking beautiful and long-lasting. My flowers are not only beautiful but they are very fragrant, and the bear is cute and soft! I sent my boyfriend a picture of my gifts, and he was blown away. He said the flowers looked just like the picture on the website and the bear is bigger than he thought it would be. If you're looking for a flower shop, look no further! My Floral Shop delivered a stunning arrangement to my daughter yesterday. Flowers were fresh and arrangement was very lush. I had them attach a Happy Birthday Balloon to the arrangement. The arrangement was delivered at noon. At 4:00 PM that same day the lovely woman who had delivered the arrangement went back to my daughter's home. She felt badly that the attached balloon was a little deflated, and brought my daughter a brand new one, stating that she could not let my daughter have a deflated balloon on her birthday. Website has a lot to offer and very easy to use. However, my 2 stars come from the fact that the website states the delivery policy as, "For same day delivery order must be placed by 2:00pm." I was trying to place an order at 1:40pm and it would not allow me to select Today as the delivery date.

The delivery fee, for in the springs, was $999,999! That brought the taxes to $87,000! The total was over $1,000,000. What kind of business are they running?

Flowers were really high quality and well-arranged in the vase, types and quantities exactly as described on website. Recipient was very pleasantly surprised and the delivery went very well. Worst floral arrangement I have every seen!!! I would have been better off going to king sooper and grabbing a $10 bouquet and throwing it in a glass vase and delivering it myself. I ordered the Peruvian lillies and it was a JOKE!! When I called the "owner" so he claims said that no the flowers were not in bloom but that I would not want them in bloom when they are delivered bc then they would not last as long. How about you send what you advertise online not flowers that have not bloomed yet. The fact that you admitted to knowing you sent unbloomed flowers speaks volumes as to your character. That is like giving someone a birthday cake but just the box of cake, a pan, eggs, oil and water and telling them it will be better if they make it themselves bc it will last longer. Makes ZERO sense!! And then on top of that an $18 delivery charge for something that cost $10 at king sooper...really. His "fix" to the situation was to go take the flowers back from the person they were sent to and refund my money, even more of a joke. Hi, I sent you flowers but.....the florist is going to come back and get them because they screwed up and sent you unbloomed flowers. How about offering to make it up and actually send what you advertise??????? I am a business owner myself and sure as heck would never have customer service like yours. Its ultimately the customers and their repeated service that keep your business running and you wont last long treating them this way. I was standing next to my assistant when the flowers were delivered and I honestly about grabbed the flowers/card before she could see who they were from it was such an embarrassment. Nice job My Floral Shop!! Would never recommend you to anyone unless they were wanting to pull a prank on someone.

Brian and his staff have always been very professional and are very understanding of the importance of having my orders processed and delivered to my family in the Springs every single time. There has never been any problems with the arrangements or them not being delivered on time. I fully trust them to always come through with outstanding service and arrangements since I am not there to see them.
