I was appalled with Lily Flowers. When their driver dropped off the arrangement he dropped them on my front door step shattering the vase everywhere. He chose to leave all of the glass on my doorstep while putting a pile of some of the larger pieces in my flower bed! Even on the second delivery attempt they left all the glass everywhere!! When I came home from work I was speechless! They never mentioned anything about breaking a vase! When I called to confront them about this the lady who answered the phone said they would not come out and clean up the mess. I told them there are kids that come in and out of this house!!! How could you possibly break glass on someone's doorstep and leave it! The lady then decided that she didn't speak English anymore. Until I mentioned that if someone were to get hurt from this glass which would have most likely resulted in a lawsuit... they refused to come clean up the glass. They also refused to provide any credit for the order. Un-freakin-believable. This is by far the worst experience with a flower shop I've ever had.

Terrible quality for top dollar prices. Spent $85 and the vase was plastic, the flowers i asked to be black were spray painted, and they were dead in 5 days! Flowers from the super market last at least 2x longer and cost 1/4 as much. Choose another florist, this one was terrible.

I strongly recommend that you choose another florist in the Lakewood area. I purchased a bouquet for my Mother, and it was delivered in a spray painted mason jar instead of the nice vase that was advertised. More importantly, the roses had short stems (2 to 3 inches long) that did not even reach the vase. They were just stuffed in among the other flowers in the arrangement. Needless to say, they didn't even last one day. After exchanging 11 emails with Teleflora, they eventually wore me out and I gave up and had to eat the cost of the flowers. Beware of Lily Flowers!

Lily Flowers is fantastic. They are so kind and always jump to help me as fast as possible. I pop in to get my wife flowers every couple of months and they are always helpful in determining what is best and doing it at a reasonable price. So thankful to have them in the neighborhood!

Love the flowers! Came in to buy some flowers for my mom and sister. Wow they turned out super nice and wasn't too pricey ($30 each). Only took like 15 minutes!! Will come back ! Thanks !

Honestly those other comments that have rated the one star are lying. The flowers last a long time like.. A month. Their service isn't terrific but not horrible their OK. I really suggest you to buy from them.

Disclaimer: I don't really know anything about flowers. I needed some flowers for a special occasion for my wife and decided to stop in after seeing the storefront from Wadsworth. The owners seemed really nice and the flowers looked great to me. Would recommend. Support small businesses!

I ordered a valentine bouquet for my wife and i was very disappointed with it. I ordered it deluxe and didnt look like they put much effort into it. i recommend you find another florist in Lakewood. it really isnt worth the money.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's to be delivered to wife's work with special instructions to deliver in the morning. Not only did they do that but they called me to tell me they had been delivered. Wife texted me to say thank you and that they were beautiful. I waited until she brought them home to see for myself and she was right. Very happy with Lily Flowers, would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Their customer service is terrible, spent days talking to several different people only to get empty promises of call backs and then lies! The wrong bouquet was delivered (and nearly dead already), without the balloons I paid for AND it was way late. When someone gives you a time window you follow it! Im lucky the janitor was at the office and able to pick up the flowers for her. Seriously do not use this place! HORRIBLE SERVICE HORRIBLE QUALITY HORRIBLE!

Called this morning to have an arrangement delivered. David was the one that did the delivery. Said they probably wouldn't be able to until 3:00 which was fine...turned out he was already on his way earlier than expected. Friend sent a pic of the arrangement and she was completely taken away and chocked up by happy emotions. This made me so utterly filled with joy! The 'Get Well' arrangement was beautiful and they nailed it on what I was hoping. Too bad they couldn't send a box of chocolate covered strawberries with it lol. I'll DEFINITELY be using this shop again and recommend their business!!! Thank u so much

I ordered through From You Flowers, and Lily Flowers was the lucky florist to process a bouquet for my mother's birthday. How many things can go wrong with a floral arrangement, even when you pay extra for a "deluxe" presentation? Old flowers poorly arranged, that got lost in too much greenery... I'm not a professional florist but even a 12 year old could have done a better job. Lesson learned. Order from a florist directly, and one who has a five star rating. 2 stars for prompt delivery, that's it.
