Ordered bootinear 2 weeks in advance and asked for pink rose. Showed up and it was white. When asked wasn't this suppose to be pink? Was told no there was nothing written on the ticket. Clearly they don't care or pay attention to detail!! Definitely won't ever be back again!!

I had a change of plans and needed flowers fast. I looked on the website and called. I told them what I needed and the flowers I liked on their site. This beautiful bouquet was delivered within a couple of hours. My sister-in-law was surprised and overwhelmed! Great service!

My mother in law ordered some flowers for my wife because she was going back to work after having our baby. No one was home when they tried to deliver so I had to go pick them up. I was getting off work late and they said they would stay after closing so that I can get the flowers. Absolutely awesome customer service. The flowers are also well done.

Ordered a dozen roses to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary, very helpful over the phone, delivery was prompt, and they are some of the best looking roses I have ever seen. My wife and her coworkers agreed. Highly recommend!

I have never in my life had so much problem ordering flowers. I ordered online was allowed to choose same day delivery so I did. Hours later I got a phone call saying delivery person had already gone home so could they wait till tomorrow. Sure no problem. Next day I get a message asking to reschedule delivery as no one was home. I called back i was told they HAD been delivered the call was because they had to substitute the vase. Ok..not what I ordered but what can you do its already been delivered. 4 Hours after that I get another call asking when can they deliver them. WHAT? I get frustrated ask for the manager and then get told " Hon I am the manager" Don't call me Hon. " Hon it's ok" I want a refund I've never had such a horrible hard experience spending 80 dollars on flowers. She then hangs up on me. Go anywhere else!

Ordered flowers for my daughter yesterday for Valentines Day. I was having them delivered to her work, but she left work early that day and I didn't know about it. Your delivery person delivered them to her home so she would still get them on Valentines day! I appreciate that so much! EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you!

Very pleasant and friendly. Picked up flowers here that were ordered elsewhere. Arraignment was perfect. Prices are pretty fair. Not a ton of parking, but enough.
