My husband was in the house when they attempted to deliver $130.00 bouquet, the driver was pulling out of our long driveway, and my husband called the the shop and asked them to get him to turn around... they said they couldn't help him, and we could pick our flowers up at the shop but they couldn't tell him what time the flowers would be there. They might be good florists, but they don't know how to run a business. They won't ever be used by us again. Thanks for the beautiful Valentine Roses that I didn't get.

I just ordered a birthday bouquet for my 19 year old daughter this morning. She lives in Colorado Springs, but I live out of town, so I wasn't sure who to go with. A Wildflower Florist & Gifts had great reviews and good prices. The flowers arrived in a timely manner same day and the flowers were exquisitely gorgeous and very fresh!!! My daughter LOVES them!! I highly, highly recommend this flower shop to anyone needing great arrangements!

Very pleasant experience recently when I needed a "wristy" (I think that's what you call the flower that goes on your daughter's wrist) for the Father Daughter Dance at Rocky Mountain Calvary! Mark was so nice, patient, and helpful over the phone and in person. Order placed and completed same day and to expectations. My daughter was so surprised and happy with the work A Wildflower Florist did! Mark even helped put the "wristy" on (I was worried about damaging it - typically clumsy dad!). Prior to giving A Wildflower Florist my business I scoured reviews of local florists and A Wildflower Florist stood out so I decided to give them a try and very glad I did! I will definitely be back next time I'm in need of floral services!

Would give these folks 6 stars if I could ..... ordered online ...... ordered a custom arrangement for the wife's birthday ...... added a couple of requests to be added to the arrangement ..... these folks nailed it ...... Delivery was prompt ..... ordering online was very easy ...... PayPal was available, which is a plus in my book ..... Have bookmarked these folks ..... my new go to flower shop in the Springs ..... very happy customer.......

I have became like family with the staff. I started potty training my toddler and I talked to them about it. They said every time he went to the bathroom he would get a balloon free of charge... man was it a game changer. He chose his color of balloon and went into the back to see the place an how it works. I am amazed every time I go here.The flowers are so pristine and fulfilled I wouldn't go anywhere else. I love this place and honestly go there often just to say hi!

I called this afternoon and asked to have a floral arrangement delivered ASAP today. The woman on the phone helped me figure out which arrangement would work for what I needed.. she walked me through the whole process as I had never had flowers delivered before. Within 30 minutes, they delivered a beautiful bouquet. Absolutely recommend them!

I placed an order near the end of the business day yesterday, and with it some specific instructions on how the flowers were supposed to be delivered, and by a specific time. They did everything I asked, arranged it in the way I specified, AND it was delivered precisely on time by 10:00 this morning! The flowers look beautiful, and the service was phenomenal. Thank you guys!! Definitely going to be a repeat customer.

I couldn't be more disappointed. I used this florist because it was close to my daughter's home who just had a major surgery and wanted to make sure she got the flowers after she arrived home from the hospital. I found out that they never got delivered. After calling the florist, I was told that they tried to deliver the flowers but no one was home. This is a lie as there were a total of 7 people in the house all day. They also told me that it was a 20 mile drive to their home which is also a lie. It was 10 miles. I asked for the owner to call me but they never did. I'll never use them again.

I have an excellent experience with this florist. I recently needed to order flowers for my son's wedding. The owner, Cindy, was extremely friendly and helpful. The flowers were fresh and beautiful, and they were exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend this florist for any occasion.

Communication is key: if you check out online as a guest they will not give you a full invoice. They will charge your card before confirming necessary changes as I am out of state and unable to pick up flowers personally. Their website email feature under their contact section is limited to a Twitter style length. No way to communicate with business. Repeated phone calls go unanswered. Understanding it’s a holiday but I have left a message and emails and have not received a response. I ordered 12 hours ago and I can’t get them on the phone. If businesses wish to do business they need to have someone manning the phones especially on holidays. Also without any delivery time estimate how am I supposed to know when my wife should expect them? There’s not even a time range. It’s not acceptable to give zero estimates and zero communication and then run my card details charging me over $100 in the process of it all. I get updates on when my card is charged and it happened after I’ve tried to contact them. Don’t use on any busy time of year.

The owner is very enthusiastic and loves floral designing for all occasions. Her shop is so popular that clients requested mini-classes on flower arranging and soon will be offered for fall, winter and spring season. I highly recommend.

I was in deep trouble. It was my 27th wedding anniversary & like most guys, no plans, no flowers, nothing but gloom, despair, & doghouse. I called and spoke with Cindy at 9:00am. By 1:30pm that same day, I was out of the doghouse & had regained my thrown! Thanks Cindy, you guys are A-W-E-S-O-M-E!!

I called several flower shops today that are listed on the front page of Google for a delivery order. Not one of the flower shops could accommodate. I called A Wildflower Florist and Sarah was extremely nice along with finding a solution to my needs. Im excited that the order was made to my specifications and will be delivered by tomorrow morning. Looking forward to seeing how beautiful the arrangement looks. Let this be a lesson to other florists in Colorado Springs, It certainly pays to be nice. Thank you Sarah your the best.

Absolutely Wonderful! I needed a last minute Christmas arrangement and Wildflower provided the perfect solution. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back, highly recommended.

Gorgeous floral arrangement and phenomenal customer service! I received an arrangement for my birthday from a friend who lives out of state. There was a slight issue with the bottom of the basket and she told me about it right away and told me to contact her if it did not get better by the next day. I contacted her and within 5 minutes after getting off the phone, she was at my house to pick up the arrangement. Not only did she replace the basket but she replaced the entire Arrangement and made it even more beautiful than before, which I wouldn't have thought was possible. It's truly a rarity these days to have a business that takes such pride in their work and values customer above all other things. They completely won me over as as a customer with their excellent display of integrity and passion of their work.

They were very nice and accommodating. However, the flower bouquets I picked up were nothing like what was promised. The flowers were old, droopy and thrown together last minute even though I set up a time for pick up. They didn't start putting it together until I got there. They didn't even used the flowers I specifically requested, and I only requested two types.

I am from another state. I called with a very specific and difficult order. Called 3 other florists in town and they said they dont have what I want and will not be able to get it any time soon. I called A Wildflower Florist and they did not have it but found a way to get the item in tomorrow and deliver it to my customer tomorrow. Nice Job! Great Customer Service!

We just stopped in to see if by chance they might have a pinwheel. Apparently they just arent in season anywhere. The lovely lady suggested we try lowes which we wouldnt have thought of. She was so very kind and helpful! And the shop smelled so lovely of all the wonderful floral arrangements they were making!!! I would highly recommend them!

With short notice I called A Wildflower Florist and Gifts. I needed a half casket spray in a hurry. The flowers were on the casket when we arrived for the viewing. The spray was beautiful. I had asked for white roses. I told the shop to stay away from very strong flowers like Calla lilies. She did just that. The spray was actually magnificent. I was so relieved. Thank you and will use you for the next funeral.

The service was friendly and the delivery was efficient. The problem is, the arrangement I saw online and the arrangement that was sent was very different. In particular, the color scheme Was very different and not pretty. The focus of the flowers was to be orange Gerber daisies. Instead, there were two Gerber daisies and they were pink. I was very disappointed. I initially contacted them through their website about my complaint but have had no response.

If you want a WOW experience then use NO OTHER florist in the Colorado Springs, CO area! I am in Texas and my best friend was having a birthday that I had planned to attend and was unable to come at the last minute. NOT only did Chris get me out of season flowers that they would not normally stock (her favorite flower is a tulip), but Chris went to 2 different places to pick up gift cards for her as well. The customer service was second to NONE, and I could NOT be more pleased with the end result! The flowers are fresh, and gorgeous and arrived before noon, and my best friend was just thrilled. She said they have scented the entire ground level of her house! I will use them again and I hope you do too if you are reading this! THEY ROCK!!!! Thank you for everything! So I ordered from them Wednesday and was greatly when they arrived that afternoon (2pm or.so) however....its Saturday and they are in the trash they started dying the very next day and all dead by Friday. Very disappointing to spend just over $100 and dead in less than two(2) days :(

Cindy is the new owner and she was great. I needed a few flowers in a mug that I brought, and although she was busy, got right to it. It was beautiful and reasonably priced. Will go again for sure. (Giovanni's mom is posting this :-) )
