Amazing quality of plants and service. I've been here twice now and it's like orchid heaven. Free parking and you're in and out in no time... or you can spend all day fulfilling your orchid and lush plant dreams!!! They have a huge variety of orchids and other plants as well. Next time I'll check out their succulents section.

I came here for Mother's Day today to buy flowers for my mom for the first time^^ Because I'm new at this, I was super nervous and didn't know what to do^^ lol I just stood around with my older sister who was also new at this.. then, a korean woman (worker) came by to us and kindly helped us pick out flowers. Wonderful neighborhood florist - they are very helpful and have a nice selection of cut flowers and plants. I love the long branches of quince blossoms for spring. I have sent orchid plants as birthday and condolence gifts. They are one of the few places that will do nice orchid wrist corsages and boutonnieres.

Excellent service for a wedding at City Hall. They were very helpful in coming up with ideas for the bride, her young daughter and a mother who was allergic to flowers. All of this arranging was done long distance over the phone and the results were perfect. Everything was ready to pick up for a morning wedding. Very friendly people in person and by phone.

Don't bother with those internet delivery brands who ship in a box and your loved one has to assemble themselves. I've always had great service and bouquets here until my latest visit. They tried to sell me what appeared to be a roadside flower bouquet. When I said that I didn't like it, they simply offered to remove certain flowers from the bouquet. That's terrible service.

I live in New York and needed a florist in LA. A friend recommended Sonny Alexander. The phone was answered by this bright, cheeryful, articulate and knowledgeable woman (whose name I subsequently learned was Kasi). As it turned out, she is the manager and stated that she loves working with flowers and with her "Sonny Alexander Flower Family" and has worked there for 10 years and would not want to work anywhere else. I have only wonderful things to say about her, her attitude, her work ethic and her follow up. I highly recommend this florist. Amy M.
