Really nice store to walk around, the displays are beautiful, and their flowers look great. I purchased an orchid that does as soon as I got home, I emailed them to say I was disappointed and they immediately offered a refund or replacement- can't fault that customer service.

I was so impressed at how long the flowers at the wedding lasted. Not only did they look beautiful from the night before, but they stayed fresh all through a very hot and humid wedding. Everything was beautiful and looking perfect.

They're a little hidden gem in an alley in the mission, but you can't miss those bold turquoise doors once you're there. They have the most gorgeous flower selection and a helpful staff. Once you're in there, they start off by asking what you're looking for, what your price range is, and what color scheme you're looking for. From there, they can either help you build a gorgeous arrangement or you can bravely do it yourself.

Customer service - not good. I ordered some Calla lilies which never opened, even though I was told they would when I picked them up from the store. After researching online I found out that they never open up more, once they've been cut from the mother plant. I went in and told them about my experience, and how I was unhappy. No refund offered or even a discount on next purchase, and overall pretty dismissive. Not good, and won't be buying from them again.

San Francisco Florist is absolutely the best place to get flowers!!! They did all the flowers for my wedding and they were absolutely stunning. So many guests said they were the prettiest arrangements they have ever seen. Angela is so helpful and made sure everything came out perfectly. I would give them 10 stars if I could. If you need any flowers I highly recommend getting them from San Francisco Florist!!!!

This flower shop totally ruined my special day!!! I ordered two plants and asked for delivery on my special day! But they didn't show up and didn't say sorry!! They don't have any responsibility for their customers. Very Very unprofessional!!!!!!! I'm not gonna order anything from them anymore! Be aware of that they don't keep their promises!

I bought a $90 orchid from them and a day after I brought it home the leaves turned black and it died. Couldn't save it with any of the normal plant treatments or fungicides. I brought it back and they gave me a new one. That one wasn't sick but it began wilting on day two and all the flowers were gone by day 7. I know how to care for an orchid. I've had many orchids at half the price survive 10x as long. This place just has bad flowers.

Positives: 1) they are artists and create high end arrangements. 2) the store is amazing and a must walk through 3) they have never let me down on a delivery 4) no sales people pushing stuff on you Negatives: 1) more trees/ large plants for apartments. That neighborhood is surrounded by condos/apartments 2) they need herb garden planters

The quality of the flowers are the best I've seen, I have been to many flower shops in the area and no one can top Susan's flowers and her arrangements!
