My experience was nonexistent because they didn't even decide to deliver the flowers on Mother's Day to my mother. Very disappointed and obviously wouldn't ever recommend going with rita's florist. Maybe they should rename the place and call it "not going to deliver your flowers at all florist"

This shop has been around for a very long time. Our company has used it to send flowers to all sorts of people for every occasion imaginable and they've never gotten anything wrong or even mildly screwed up.

I live near Rita Flora. So did my fiancée (now my wife). I stopped by Rita Flora many, many times to buy a bouquet. Rita and staff were very friendly, talented and generous. Marry you super-sweetheart girl with 16 Rita Flora bouquets!

SKETCHY BUSINESS! Ordered flowers to be delivered on a certain day 2 weeks in advance, for them to just not deliver them and never tell me. They will just steal your money, when I asked 4 days later for a refund they exclaimed upon finding out. "No we will deliver tomorrow." I am furious, I won't come back.

I had a wonderful experience, they have excellent customer service. I ordered flowers for my mom who was turning 50. I live in Atlanta, Georgia and my mother lives in Los Angeles, so I came across Rita Flora on google. I called instead of placing the order online. Long story short, they were so helpful, caring, and understanding. My mother loved her arrangements. I am so happy and thankful for their services.

TERRIBBLE FLORIST!!!!!!!. Flower qualities were BAD. I received a valentine flower vase, dozen roses flower arrangement in large vase. The day I received, other white flower weren't fresh and roses weren't the best condition. The next day, white flowers were already dried out and turned brown and on sunday roses were already brown. NEVER EVER will buy flowers from here. I can't believe that flowers doesn't even last 2 days!!!!!!!!!

Order of flowers arrived today and looked nothing like the picture... I even paid the extra $19.99 for the deluxe arrangement with added flowers. Roses were wilted and it was like they just threw flowers in the vase, very bare and plane. Vase was suppose to be red colored hence the name hugs and kisses arrangement. It was on time and cute that’s why I gave 2 stars. There just was not that excitement and smile I have gotten with other arrangements in the same price range from other florist. The way I rate things is I ask myself would I buy from there again. The answer is no thank you.. I’ll go pick roses from the Niebor’s house instead and throw them in a vase and get better results.
