My daughter lives in California and was graduating from college and it was a last minute thing where I couldn't make it so her stepmother and I decided to send some flowers. We had used Raintree flowers before a few years ago with no problems, but after reading the reviews I was skeptical. I knew that my daughter had a busy day lined up so I had to either get the flowers to her early or it would have to wait until the next day and that was out of the question. I was at work, but I called the store to see how soon flowers could be delivered and the lady that I spoke to (Rosa) told me that she wasn't sure if delivery would be possible because the delivery driver had not come in to work. In an act of desperation I asked Rosa how soon she could have the flowers prepared because I was able to have them picked up and then I had my wife finish working with Rosa to get the flowers done by our deadline. I don't know how Rosa did it, but she took good care of us. The flowers were arranged beautifully and done on time! Thanks Rosa! You have a loyal customer in Illinois!
