A great experience! I called from NY to order flowers to celebrate my daughter’s first day of her first job in a new city. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful as I tried to figure out how to arrange delivery to her building. The entry screen turned out to be broken, so they were unable to get in the first time they tried to deliver. But, they went out of their way to try a second time, so that she would have the flowers on the intended day. The flowers are beautiful, the service was great, and the staff was lovely. I highly recommend them.

Pete's arranged the flowers for my best friend's wedding. I was there to help make final decisions and see the final product. I really felt the beautiful flower arrangements made the venue.

I was out of town, called them for a last minute delivery of flowers and chocolate for a friend. They took care of everything. The arrangement they made was beautiful, the chocolate was on point and delivered in just a couple hours. Would definitely do business with them again!

Would not even give them a star. I ordered an anniversary bouquet of flowers and paid for them and selected to have them delivered on 10/01/2014. They still have not been delivered 3 days after the fact. I called the store to check on the flowers and I keep getting told I selected the wrong delivery date and that the delivery guys not here right now. The women on the phone was ignorant. Don't waste your time with these crooks.

I am fairly picky about flowers, but this bouquet was tastefully done, very elegant and so amazingly creative. The flowers stayed fresh a long time, too. Ivy and her floral team are so kind and were a joy to talk to on the phone. I highly recommend them and would buy flowers from them ANY day! I wish more florists were like them.

Terrible! this woman I as highly interested in, I was sending flowers to on Valentine's day never received them. I called Pete's 3 times on Valentine's day to be proactive and make sure things were happening and they gave me the run around and I looked foolish for I told the woman they were coming and she expected them as well. That was a week ago and I am still waiting for my refund for the flowers. I feel if they had any remorse they would have at least handed me the money back or refunded me with a sense of urgency.

Good experience. I Ordered the Gardens Galore online through the website. Same day delivery and they looked great. I'v had bad experiences with other flower shops in the past so this was a nice change. I would recommend Pete's Flowers to anyone.

The best florists in LA! Friends from Nashville sent me flowers for my birthday, and didn't realize I was out of town. Bob from Pete's Flowers was kind enough to call me and send me a text to make sure I'd be available for delivery. When I told him I was away but could arrange for him to leave them, he rescheduled my delivery TWICE when my travel plans changed so that I could enjoy them when I returned. The flowers were arranged BEAUTIFULLY, and have lasted far longer than any flowers I've ever received! On day 11, I'm still enjoying them! Huge thanks to Bob and the whole team at Pete's Flowers for an above and beyond experience and exceptional flowers.
