I made a mistake and scheduled the delivery for a wrong date. Petals made last minute adjustment after business hours for a reasonable fee, and my mom is getting 2 beautiful bouquets as a result instead of 1. Very happy with the outcome, will definitely use again.

I called them randomly looking for a bouquet for my girlfriend and I spoke with who I believe to be the owner. She was beyond helpful. She asked how much would I like to spend, I named a price and she worked out delivery for me (to the airport mind you) and delivered right away. I already told her I will be buying from her again. I went to this store to checked it out the orchids arrangements. I buy orchids for home and for my business. I was hoping to find one that I really like but the owner at the store was not friendly at all. There flowers was nothing special. I do not want to give business to people like this. So I left. Do not plan to come back again. There are so many flowershop out there.

You get the sense that these people are experts who really love what they do, and enjoy the process. I have been using this company for years, and they never disappoint!

Annette is just the best. We have been getting flowers from her for years, since we first lived just a block away. Even though we have moved a bit further away now, we still go back to her studio. We can always rely on her and her team to come up with beautiful, thoughtful arrangements fit for the occasion.

I've ordered flowers delivered from this place 3 or 4 times now. Each time I've provided a few details and left the rest to their creativity. The displays are incredible, the flowers smell great and stay fresh, and overall experience and outcome are 10/10. I wish other businesses of all kinds had this level of excellence.

I love working with Petals in West Portal. Made the order online, chose an arrangement and the actual delivered arrangement was more beautiful than the photo. Great customer service. Petals sent me a photo of the arrangement prior to delivery. Would highly recommend and work with them again!
