I have been going to Paradise Florist for about 20 years. Jose and Michael are always so enthusiastic and creative with every arrangement they create. Each arrangement or bouquet they make is like a work of art. When my mother was alive, I used to buy her a small arrangement every other week. She was always so delighted to receive flowers and plant arrangements that were so beautiful and unique throughout every season. Paradise Florists offers top notch customer service and they always deliver in the time frame that is specified.

Paradise Florist has some of the most unique arrangements I have ever seen. I have both ordered and received flowers from them and they have always been beautiful and tasteful. And the best part is that they don't wilt for quite some time after. I went into the store to place an order right as they closed and they still accommodated me. The order was ready on time the next day. The woman who helped me was very sweet and hospitable.

Not a paradise. Do not order from these people. Awful experience. They took way too much credit card information and then still screwed it up and then failed to deliver as promised. On top of that they failed to communicate the problem until it was too late to find an alternate. Michael was terrible. Go somewhere else!

The florist did an amazing job. I raced in 30 mins before close before heading to the hospital, picked out one type of flower and gave them a price range, then they worked their magic a put together a beautiful bouquet. I added a vase at the last minute and they stayed within the budget I mentioned and packed it in a box so I could easily drive.

I couldn't be happier with the flower arrangement I sent to a nearby hospital. They delivered when they said they would, and the arrangement was bigger than I had anticipated. It was supposed to look like a dog face and it actually looked like a dog face. It was so sweet and the recipient enjoyed it immensely. I highly recommend!

Excellent florist. Paradise provided the flowers for our wedding in November 2015, and Jose and the staff gave us beautiful arrangements--they used all the flowers we requested, and even suggested some others to complement those. Just prior to the ceremony, we discovered that the church had put up some "fall-themed" decorations, the colors of which totally clashed with our color scheme. So minutes before the ceremony, Jose added some red flowers to our arrangements to minimize the clash nicely. Superb work! I'd highly recommend this florist to anyone.

This is my place to go get flower for any occasion. Great selection of seasonal flowers, cut orchids, and occasional vegetables (yes, vegetables, like in cauliflower stems). Prices are very good as well, I used to go to the flower shop on Chestnut St. but not anymore. Urban flowers are much cheaper and I always manage to find flowers that I love.

The most beautiful and most affordable flowers in all of NYC hands down. They are open at odd times - 2pm - 11pm and sometimes the hours of operation fluctuate based on what Sunny's heart desires. If you are in the neighborhood, make sure to pay Sunny a visit. This is a true NYC gem.
