Omg this place is horrible ! It was for my sisters birthday and the flowers were so dead ! The ribbon was tied as if an infant tied it ! The birthday card was a piece of paper and it was crumbled up as if the person had been running around w it in their hands ! How disappointing for something so expensive ! Never again will I throw away my money with this place!

Very rude customer service. Flowers were delivered a day late, when asked about the ETA the man replies rudely "it'll get get there when it'll get there". When delivered, they had given only half the roses vs the picture.

The flowers were absolutely stunning I have nothing negative to say about the quality of the flowers, however, my boyfriend sent me a bouquet for my birthday with this florist and paid extra to have them delivered before a certain time so I would get them at work before I went home, they came an hour late I was already gone so I never received them on my actual birthday (I'm working in California for a few weeks while my boyfriend resides in Florida) and although the delivery guy was apologetic and claimed he got stuck in traffic when my boyfriend called to report the matter they argued with him that they couldn't accommodate us in anyway. I understand people are human and traffic happens, but if you want to keep your customers happy and remain professional a complete refund should have been given. I can't get my birthday back obviously, so the gesture would have been appreciated. So now they lost our business and I plan to make several reviews about this company.

I am from another florist from Texas and tried to give them a simple order. The first person who answered the phone did not know if they could help me so she put the owner of the phone. She refused to take my order because I could not send it through Teleflora's computer system because mine was down. She was very rude and said she would only take my order through the system and she did not have to take anyone's order if she did not want to. Over 30 years in the business and this was the rudest fellow florist that I have ever had to call.
