Flowers should be a reason for joy. Unfortunately, it wasn't the case this time. After years of working with this company we had a very unpleasant situation this month and left as with a big disappointment. After pointing out of his mistake - the owner was very rude with me and answered in an unappropriated manner. I will never order from them again and don't advise you to do so!

David Z and the staff at My Beverly Hills Florist as some of the most amazing florists and flower people I've ever purchased from. I regularly buy from them on all occasions, whether it's for my wife or for my business clients. The level of service is outstanding, where they always make it on time and the flowers are always amazingly gorgeous. I would recommend anyone looking for a well priced arrangement with high quality flowers to buy from Z. The best thing is they deliver all over Los Angeles and even sometimes beyond. If I'm in a pinch I know they'll make the delivery. I'm not sure about some of the negative reviews here. They must not be real customers or something. Because even some of the best florists I've purchased from in the past will have a snafu every now and again. So far after several purchases they've delivered an amazing product each and every time.

I received a beautiful huge bouquet of long stem roses from my husband and to my disappointment they started to died on day 3. I’m not sure what the timeframe for these to stay beautiful, but it’s only been 4 days and I don’t believe that’s acceptable. I sent an email on day 4 and they said they only do replacements on day 1 or 2 and should only last 3-4 days. I’ve had roses from Trader Joe’s last much longer than this. With the price my husband paid for these roses, they should definitely last more than 3 days. I have no idea how this place has 4.5 stars, because if you look at their other reviews they’re all 1 star. And YES, I replaced water, cleaned vase, cut stems, removed any dead leaves, and thorns that were left as well as adding preservative. So disappointed!!! BEWARE!!!!

If you order online, you will be pestered endlessly with e-blasts - with NO ability to stop them. NOT FUN !! I have tried many many times - more than a dozen, perhaps 2 dozen times. I can't shake thee guys!

This place was fantastic! I had forgotten about my grandma's birthday in the morning, and once I remembered around noon, I figured it was too late. They got some beautiful high quality roses out for me that same day! Grandma wasn't disappointed and I was off the hook! Phew!
