I live in NYC, and needed to have flowers delivered to Jean George Restaurant at the Waldorf Astoria to a special lady for her birthday dinner, on very short notice!! I went to their website and saw beautiful floral creations, so I called and spoke to Aria, who guided me through the ordering process. The arrangement was delivered at the promised time, and based on the photos my friends took and sent me, the flowers were more beautiful than the photo on their website!!! I will say that in the three or four years since I started sending flowers to my daughter and clients in L.A. , it has ALWAYS been through Muguet. Perfection to a T !!! Muguet is far and away the best florist I have ever dealt with..in a world where mediocre (at best) has become the expectation, Muguet's service is a throwback to exceptional! Being a Nevada resident, I was at the mercy of my own search when needing an LA/Beverly Hills area florist. I could NOT have made a better choice! Aria was very helpful and gracious, calling me almost immediately to have me choose a different color rose (since the lavender pictured in the arrangement were sold out). Receiving emails with a picture of the final arrangement and confirmation of delivery were the frosting on the cake I have NEVER received in many years of ordering both business and personal floral gifts. I am now looking for reasons to use Muguet again, and strongly recommend their services!

Aria and Muguet florist is one of the hidden gems of Beverly Hills. And I really mean that because he's located underground in the parking garage right on Rodeo Drive. He really is your go to guy when you need a florist in the area. He offers same day delivery too if you get the order in on time.

I call this flower shop to place my order few weeks ago for the first time because I thought they are good because of their location( BEVERLY HILLLS) , The owner asked for my credit card number and wanted me to send my order by email, i did and when I went to pick it up the arrangement was totally different as my order (HE USED VERY CHEAP OLD FLOWERS WITH POOR QULITY) , owner turned to be VERY RUDE when I explain to him and he refuse to fix it, so I really didn't more choice because my credit card has been charged so I just walked out the store with the most UGLY arrangement. Horrible experience ever and I'll never ever go back to that place.
