I called a few minutes before they opened to see if maybe I could get my order in before work, and Mickey (spelling?) picked up right away! She was super friendly and helped me get my girlfriend's surprise just right; I was blown away when my girlfriend sent me a picture of the succulent garden! You can really see the attention to detail and level of care that you just don't get with corporate flower companies. Overall excellent service, excellent prices, and an excellent experience. I don't say this often, but this place earns its business and I will without hesitation be a repeat customer when the opportunity presents itself.

I just moved here last August. I went here after trying to find two other florists both of which no longer exist (shows how much PA cares about updating Google Maps). This is just a stand and there was a small selection but I found a perfect housewarming gift for a friend. I love the no-bag policy, but it was a bit tough to get back to campus with a bike and a potted plant. Come on PA, support your local florists and shops!! If you do, they will have more to offer you!

I called Mills Florist to have flowers delivered to my wife while she was staying in a hotel in Palo Alto. They worked with me to coordinate the flowers and the delivery. Everything was perfect. These people are amazing at what they do!

I called this Mills Florist because this is the closes to my daugther working place unfortunately she told me they were closed so i missed the time for placing my order. However, when I told the lady why I needed to place for flower delivery, Its my daugther birthday and I wanted to surprise her. So the lady I was talking to ( by the way her name is Nikie) she told me to hold on and see what can she do. When she came back on the phone with me she said they will do the delivery for me. “WOW that is Awesome”. Sooo happy they did that extra service for me. Thank you, Thank you so much for Good Excellent service. My daughter was really surprised and happy. I really really recommend this place, good service and thank you Nikie your an awesome

The people here are wonderfully nice and helpful, and the plants are reasonably priced. It's a small shop so it's not a huge selection, but I would definitely come back.

Excellent service and great staff! I got there when there wasn't anyone except for the lady that worked there, who was taking a call. She started helping me out with my request when two other customers arrived, one of which was walking five big dogs. The lady helping me did a terrific job on dealing with all of our requests and helped us rather promptly. I will definitely come back here without any doubt!!

Have used Mills a few times remote ordering from the UK for local delivery to Menlo Park. Friendly, helpful service, good VFM and pretty arrangements tick all the boxes.

Profiteering! I get supply and demand. I understand people have to make a buck. I like to support local businesses. But $200 for a bouquet on valentine’s day is straight up profiteering and crass opportunism. Save yourself the trouble and walk five minutes to Michael’s local florist or Whole Foods if you have to and get yourself a bouquet for <= twenty percent the price. All this on Cupid’s birthday. Shame, shame, shame!
