I ordered an arrangement through bloomnation because they connect you with local florists so why not give locals a chance. big mistake. this florist failed to deliver bouquet on time on Valentine's day and would not answer phone calls/mail box full when i tried to contact them multiple times. This has never happened with any other florist even on the busiest flower day of the year. will never do business with them again but at least i got my money back for wasting my time.

Having recently ordered flowers from my best friend, I had all the confidence MD would come through again. My good friend was hospitalized locally and I wish I could be there - but work kept me away. Luckily I knew a good florist in the area. They took the extra time to rush this order for me and get it to the hospital before they closed for delivery. Thank you guys soooo much!

My best friend was at the hospital after having her baby. Sent the cutest pink flowers and gift box. They spent some quality time explaining all the price points. I definitely recommend mds florist for all your floral needs. The delivery was prompt .

Totally amazing and beautiful. MD's was super thorough and even contacted me directly to make sure everything was good with my order before they sent it out (was a larger order). Th flowers are also STUNNING. I recommend them to everybody, they do such a great job.

After many good experiences with MD Florist Arcadia I've now had a really bad experience. A previous issue with an order I let slide until a hostile confrontation with the supposed owner tonight. NOTE: My neighbor is supposedly the owner. I tried to bring this up to him tonight and he basically told me "We set the prices for our flowers, tough luck". Really great commitment to customer service when I've spent literally thousands with you over several years (My average purchase is $300-500 and I tend to buy flowers from you 3-4 times a year) The owner was belligerent and combative, refusing to hear my perspective on what happened. He claimed to be well aware of who I was and the issue in the store as they supposedly called him that same day yet 3 months later has made no attempt to reach out and see what happened or if I had resolved the issue. Backstory: Ordered a flower arrangement sight unseen over the phone because the website was down and they were needed for a birthday. I arrived mid-afternoon to pick up the flowers and was presented with an underwhelming arrangement. Immediately I asked if there were other options as I had not been able to see what they would look like before hand (the website was down) and would not have picked this specific arrangement had I been given a choice. The price has not ever been a concern, I'd gladly pay more for something I wanted. The woman behind the counter deferred to another person doing the arrangements and the response was that they could not help me because there were other paying customers with orders and I was just out of luck. Now it seems silly as I am also a paying customer and considering the situation of not being able to have chosen the arrangement I should be given a bit of courtesy. No, they refused to help me. I asked for a refund and the woman behind the counter said she did not know how to process a refund, I would have to leave without flowers or a refund. I escalated the issue asking for a manager at which point the person doing the arrangements suddenly knew how to process a credit card refund. Seems odd they couldn't do a refund 1 minute and then the next all of the sudden they could, pretty shady. I mentioned my neighbor always had an MD Florist van and I thought he was the owner at which point they assured no, it was just a delivery person (see note above, my neighbor claims to be the owner even though they assured me he wasn't). I was running out of time and left with no options begrudgingly taking the arrangement. The issues here are several: 1. I wasn't able to personally select the flowers due to their website issue. This wasn't a situation of my causing. 2. Some customer service courtesy should have been extended as I had already paid and was just as much a "paying customer" as anyone else buying flowers that day. Considering the situation a little help would have made me a customer for life instead of disgusted by the arrogance of the ownership and staff. 3. Once MD Florist had my money I was no longer treated as a valued customer. Keep that in mind, it's all sunshine and rainbows until you've paid. 4. There are many flower shops in the area, all very competitive quality. You all buy your flowers from much the same places. "We set the prices" only goes so far when other shops care about their customers and treat them that way. 5. Pretending to not be able to process refunds in an attempt to quickly get an unhappy customer out of the shop isn't honest. 6. Either saying the owner isn't the owner to try to avoid a direct complaint, or someone other than the owner pretending to be the owner isn't honest. 7. If you are the owner then dealing with issues is just part of the job, even when it's not convenient. I'm your neighbor, what do you honestly think my opinion of you is, now after seeing you act like this? I'm a reasonable person, had I been able to select the arrangement or approve it this would be a different story. But that's only 1/2 the issue. The belligerent ownership and poor customer service are the more serious underlying problems.

The flowers I sent to my friend for her birthday were okay, but I had asked for a natural look, what they sent was a bouquet in a glitzy golden flower pot. I don't live in the area any more so I rely on the florist to send what I requested. Not impressed.

A friend recently sent me this gorgeous arrangement courtesy of these amazing artists at MD's Florist and I think the pic speaks for itself as to how beautiful they are. But, more than that, I am amazed at how long they have lasted! It's been a week and they are still going strong!! My friend was thrilled that they arrived when promised, and I I've found myself a new place to order from as well when I need in the future. Thank you, MD's Florist!! :)

The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I got them for my wife and MD's delivered an amazing experience. They is my favorite flower shop in Pasadena. The flowers lasted well over a week simply by changing out the water each night and they smelled wonderful.
