I ordered these on a Sunday and they delivered the most beautiful flowers to my friend the same day!! Excellent customer service! They called me when they had made the delivery and texted a picture of the flowers to me! Awesome service!!!

I ordered a preset arrangement, and it was beautiful! I asked that a specific type of flower be included and she made sure that it was in the arrangement. She also kept my order anonymous and delivered it early on a Saturday morning. Will shop again. Thanks Sarah!

I have used Sarah for flower arrangements on numerous occasions and my experience has been phenomenal. I have never had any issues at all. I don't understand the review that received dead flowers. Where was it shipped to, the North Pole?? This buyer obviously has issues. I have used Marina Del Rey Florist for my office in Santa Monica as well as sending flowers to my wife on anniversaries, and to family, friends and patients. I will definitely use her again in the future and recommend them to anybody looking for flowers that will "WOW" the receiver.

I called this morning to order two dozens of roses for Valentine's Day. The picture showed a heart shaped arrangement from the top view. I called to ask how they'll be packed. They said it'll be a flat base in order to show the heart shape. But when my friend received the flowers and took a picture for me, it was just a normal arrangement in a plain vase. I had deliberately paid extra to upsize in order to get the heart shape I wanted. It was a $180 arrangement. I think it's very unethical and unprofessional to not deliver what was advertised on the website. That's misleading customers. I will not recommend anyone to order from them.

I ordered flowers online for my sister’s birthday and requested something special to be delivered. It was delivered within 3 hours of my order and my sister sent me the picture. Simply beautiful! The price was reasonable too. I think it’s important to support local florists and I highly recommend Marina Del Rey Florist!
