Oh my goodness - I’m baffled .... I went in person to order a sympathy basket to be delivered to a home after the services of her mother. This was going to be in another state and Michelle was very pleasant, took the order, and said she was going to try to find someone in that state for a delivery the next day and that she would get back to me. Well this was about three weeks ago and I’ve been texting and calling ever since just to see if she had found someone and had a confirmation of delivery ( this was important to me because I didn’t have time to get a delivery to the funeral home so I wanted to make sure it was on the steps the same day that they arrived home ). I even showed up at the storefront to talk to her but only an employee was there and I left my phone number again. I Never received a text message or a call back about this order at all .... After checking my American Express card, I don’t see any charge at all so I’m baffled as to why she wouldn’t let me know that she didn’t find anyone??? I would have gone to another florist and got something out as soon as possible !! Now it’s been three weeks..... at this point it makes no sense except for the fact that she might be having personal problems and I feel for that.... I just hope someone can step in and help her out it’s just a shame .....

I was getting My Shave on At Logan Bros Barber Shop, When Heard about The flower shop a couple doors Down. I Went and Ordered an arraigment..for my Wife, Talk about Service..and the Arraigment Was Different from all others Flower Purse. I cant describe it, All I know it stood like no other. I will be coming back..5 stars all the way..Great Location..all in 1...

I had selected Lily Fiore blindly from the Internet to send a succulent birthday bouquet to my daughter-in-law. I found out about a month later that the bouquet never arrived. I left a message for Lily Fiore. Literally within minutes, Michelle called me. She sincerely apologized and, although it was Sunday, an exquisitely arranged bouquet arrived at my daughter's door within 2 hours. To say I'm impressed with Michelle's customer service is an understatement. I highly recommend Lily Fiore Designs for their customer service and beautiful, artistic designs.

Not answering the phone, nor returning calls, texts, after order placed. Never received text of flowers sent for the second order in a row when Lily promised to send so I can see what I am purchasing. Lily hung up on me last night. I will not use again. I do not recommend this vendor. Beware.

The owner is an artist and goes out of her way to make sure every order is perfect! Her creations are one of a kind; Truly unique styling that I have not seen on other florist’s websites. She took such wonderful care of me when I planed my friend’s memorial service and that same care has gone into every order since then. Thank you Michelle!

I can't even begin to say how much I love this florist. The prices are reasonable and the arrangements are amazing. I utilized her for my wedding and my sister's wedding and everyone couldn't stop talking about the beautiful arrangements and bouquets. The owner goes above and beyond for her clients, she's very personable and caring.

MOST Beautiful flowers ever! Followed by a personal heartfelt note from the florist!! I wanted to pick someone local vs an 800 number order and LF was highly rated. The recipient was so pleased and the personal added touch of a blackboard note and butterfly was extra detail that made it special. This is truly an outstanding florist who goes the extta mile to create something extraordinary.

Lily Fiore Floral Artistry made a beautiful corsage for my son's date for his prom at Costa Mesa High. His prom was cancelled due to the Aliso Viejo fires. Lily Fiore Floral Artistry was able to redo the corsage at a discount which was very nice of them.

Excellent customer service, ordered flowers for a wedding right on the spot. Was very patient, answered all questions and didn't mind providing a free estimate. Plus, florist gave bride to be a bouquet of flowers as a thank you! I've been dealing with many florist for years and this was a first.

I live out of state, and ordered flowers for my mom to arrive the day before Mother's Day. The day before Mother's Day I received an email stating that the flowers had arrived. On Mother's Day, after speaking to my mom, I found out the flowers never arrived. I called lily fiore or whomever, and this person assured me that this was an uncharacteristic event, and that the flowers would arrive shortly. Well here we are on Tuesday and the flowers still haven't been delivered, nor has lily fiore reached out to me with an apology or amends. Is this even a real florist, or just an online scam? I'm unsure at this point.

I accidentally put the wrong address on my flower delivery. The original deliveryman couldn't find the address, so the owner went out herself after hours to make the delivery. She called and texted me to get the right address and was so patient and kind! Above and beyond exceptional customer service.

I ordered a bouquet for my Aunt who had surgery and had it sent to the Covington. The sales rep said that they deliver there all the time. She said she would send a receipt which never arrived, but they charged my credit card anyway. Called twice afterwards to check whether the bouquet had been delivered, and on first try, there was no answer; on the second try, the message machine said they would call me back in 15 minutes....no return call. Asked my Aunt later if the bouquet had been received, and she said it had not. I agree with Ms. Sweeney...not a good choice.

I my experience was great with this shop. Not only were they helpful but they were genuine and honest as well. The arrangement that was made for my wife this mothers day was better than I had ever imagined and my wife was thrilled today when she saw them. I would recommend them to anyone in the area. They will take care of you very well.

I've seen other reviewers with the same negative experience. Boy I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. I spent $100 on an arrangement for my mother's birthday and it was never received, though my credit card was charged. I called the florist 4 times and never got through to a person. I also emailed them. I am so angry because nobody has time to deal with this kind of stuff when you are just trying to show your mother some love. I definitely would avoid this place. I also wonder if it's even a real business.

The wedding flowers never made it to church on time for the church ceremony. I stood outside with teary eyes waiting and hoping the flowers would get there before the wedding starts. Even if they were brought in while the guests already sat down, I would be okay. The music is already playing and I can't make a full church wait any longer. It was the most important day of my daughters life. No flowers on the alter. I can't even focus. The wedding was ruin.

I will say it again ;-) Love this place! I love the convenience & location, They are in the middle of Corporate Aliso Viejo. They have had several of my orders delivered within the hour to some of my clients in the area. Always exceptional service. The Flower arrangements are incredible, Always so creative and long lasting, not your typical vase arrangements most are used to.
