I have gone to Joy Flower Shop a few times and I have always been very happy with the flowers I got. The flowers that I order look just like the pictures that they post. The flowers have always been fresh and the order has always been ready on time. The price reasonable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Well I received my flowers a little later than expected and one of the roses and one of the carnations were snapped which was upsetting, but when they heard about what happens they offered to send a fresh set of flowers. I appreciate the service but it's still upsetting.

I went to the website and chose an Orchid. I called and spoke to KIM and explained to her what I was looking for and the reason I was sending, she made some great suggestions and I placed my ordered. I received a confirmation Email 1 min later, I also received a text with the actual PIC of my gift. so cool and FRESH AND PERFECT. 1 hour later a confirmation of delivery! What a JOY!! to shop there quick and Nice. I wish all my shopping was as awesome as this was... Please give them a try! Ask for KIM*****

I chose this shop based on existing reviews and they have earned every one of the positive reviews posted. I prefer to buy online and their website is well made and easy to use. They add a nice touch by offering to send the buyer a texted photo of the arrangement on the morning of delivery. Both my daughters said that all the flower components were top quality and every bloom opened fully. In addition, the delivery charge is very reasonable and the customer service is superb! I will be using this shop for all future flower needs in the Sacramento area.

Ordered flowers three days before valentine's day asking for a delivery after 4:00 pm. Had to call to see if when they might be delivered this is 6:40 pm lady told me there in route , at 7:40pm called again lady told me another 40 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable... dont buy flowers from here on a holiday

Based on other Google reviews, I called (from Washington state) and spoke with Kim to order and deliver a bouquet of flowers (and balloon!) to my adult daughter who lives in Fair Oaks. Kim was delightful to talk to and she handled the order very efficiently. The flowers were delivered promptly the same day and I received an email confirmation that my daughter was there and they were given to her. Later that day, my daughter emailed me some photos of the arrangement. It was stunning and perfect for a grown-up birthday girl. My daughter thought it was beautiful too. The price was reasonable and I would recommend this shop without reservation.

I sent flowers this weekend to my aunt who is in the hospital, only to find out she got discharged early. Joy Flower Shop is the place to call if you need flowers. I had a dear friend pass away and couldn't be there for the funeral but wanted to send flowers to the family. This arrangement would represent me there to them so it was important. I spoke with Kim about what I was looking for. She sent a text with a picture but it was not what I wanted so they pulled it off the truck and tried again. It took 3 tries to get what I was looking for but Kim was always friendly and patient. Christmas Eve. Forgot my favorite cousin. Went online found local florist in Carmichael, CA. Called at 8:15. No answer. Left a voicemail. Managed to order online an arrangement I thought was festive. I pulled up at 8 this morning and Joy was there as I arrived. She asked me what I was looking for and I told her. They put together a very nice arrangement for my wife and delivered it to her work. Same do delivered and they sent me a picture to let me know it had arrived. My wife loves yellow roses and it is our daughter's 16th birthday. So I sent my wife flowers. Guys, I highly recommend this. Remember - she did all the hard work on the day the kid was born. You may have had to endure something, but not pushing an 8-12 pound object through a small opening in your body. Anyway, Joy was great and made sure everything arrived on time and in good shape.

I have sent flowers via FTD and some other big name flower stores and never had a better arrangement then the one Joy Flower Shop put together. Mom's birthday was Sept 06 and thought that finding a local flower shop in Carmichael where my parents live would be the least hassle. I scanned their website and found a gorgeous arrangement for a really good deal. Paid online and crossed my fingers. Well Sept 06 came and after they were delivered she sent my wife and I a picture of her holding them. She had a huge smile on her face and the flowers looked just as good as the picture on the website. My moms very picky and all she had to say was how beautiful they were and even the roses were perfect. They were the best flowers she has ever received she said. That's saying a lot. I am 46 years old so she has had the time to get more than a few assortments. I'm just so thankful for Joy Flowers for making my Mom's birthday a great one. I live in Boston and my sister lives in Fair Oaks. Since I wasn't able to be there in person, I I wanted to send her flowers for her 65th birthday. Looking on line from Boston, I found the Joy Flower Shop and placed the order. Later the same day, the flowers were delivered to my sister's home, as promised. She loved them. In the picture she sent me of them they looked exactly the same as, if not better than, they had in the picture on the website. Best of all, they arrived (by coincidence) when I was on the phone wishing my sister "Happy Birthday." She said: "I don't know who would be coming by at this time of the day. I'm not going to answer the door." But I had a strong suspicion that it was the delivery and urged her to open. I was right, she was extremely surprised and pleased (and I was relieved it hadn't been a weirdo at her door)! Ordering on line was extremely easy and the service was perfect. I needed to order a couple of flower arrangements in vases as well as a standing wreath for my grandmother's funeral service. I do not live in the area, and am unfamiliar with local flower shops. I had to do some research on the internet and found Joy Flower Shop which had a lot of good reviews. I spoke to Kim on the phone to place my order and explain what I wanted. She was very pleasant and accommodating. I was very pleased with the quality of service, and fair price. All three items were beautiful.
