Called in the late afternoon for a same-day delivery. They were able to take my order and promised delivery within 2 hours. After the arrangement was made they texted me a picture of the arrangement with the address and the card. When they were delivered they texted me a picture of the flowers at the house with the house numbers in the background. I appreciated the updates and had no worries that the bouquet would not be delivered. Additionally, the flowers were beautiful and just what I had in mind. Thank you.

i recently got some flowers from my sister that were suppose to be delivered ON my birthday but they delivered them the next day. When i received the flowers some of them were already dying. I sent a picture to my sister ( who was really upset by the way!) she told me that the arrangement looked nothing like the one i was suppose to get! They used Cheaper floweres to make it look like the picture but it was not nice! i will not recommend this place!

My bf ordered some flowers, chocolates and balloons for me. He paid extra to deliver early before noon to my work. The guy showed up at 3 pm and had my flowers and chocolates on the floor. I would not recommend especially since he was trying to surprise me and they called him the day before and started integrating him on the phone questioning what he put on the note...which really should not be any of there business, its a personal message. I would not want to recommend need better delivery personnel.

I pre paid a valentine's day order where I received substandard flowers and no cut flower powder for the water. The miss cut stalks drooped the first few hours. It was very embarrassing. A grocery store would have done a better job. I will never buy from here again.

I recently order two plants from you. I was in awe of the wonderful unique designs I received. The florist here is extremely talented. They flowers were wonderful and the roses have such a nice fragrance. Thank you for delightful experience!! I'll do it again soon.

Trying to do business by phone from overseas can be a real pain, and with a return call as a check they put a flower package together for my aged mother. This is a tough challenge as my mother is very fussy and used to win awards for flower arranging. For my mother to say they were excellent and the arrangement was also excellent is about as high a praise as I can put on it. Keep up the good work!
