I called yesterday to order flowers, they called me today 15 minutes after they said the flowers would be delivered for my grandmothers funeral to tell me my card was rejected lost or stolen because I had lost it and reported it to the bank late last night. They also refused to take another card from me. They had all day yesterday to run the card so that if they weren't going to take my new card I could've called a different florist. Now it's my grandmothers funeral and they don't have the flowers we ordered.
