They have difficulty processing credit card transactions, and are unhelpful on the phone. After three phone calls back and forth, I cancelled my order and went with someone else.

I use a florist for special occasions; other times I can pick out flowers from a store and arrange them myself. I needed a "Thank You" boquet for an employee which needed to be given at the end of the day (I was there at noon). The woman basically just picked out a few flowers and stuck them together, doing an absolutely horrible job wrapping. I explained that I'll put them in water until the evening and to keep the stems out so that I can do that. She re-wrapped, but still did a bad job - it looked like a third grader did it. I had to take it off when I got to work, hunt for tissue paper and wrap it myself. Never going back.

I ordered flowers and a balloon for a granddaughter who had just had surgery. While there was a mistake made on delivery date, this flower shop owned up to their error and went the extra mile to make it better. Flowers were beautiful and I truly appreciated the surprise teddy. I was expecting the 3in add on, but no, they delivered a huge bear that brought bright smiles. Thank you! Thank you!

Herbert did my wedding flowers Aug 7th and he did a Beautiful job with the designs and arrangements. I got so many compliments and my ceremony and reception was breathtaking. If you are looking for a florist I recommend Granara's Flowers big ask for Herbert he is the best he even made my granddaughter flower basket it was absolutely adorable.

Ordered a "birthday" bouquet for my girlfriend. Couldn't select anything specific, but he said he'd set me up. I requested delivery to her workplace the following day... no problem he says. The next morning my girlfriend informs me of a work schedule change - she wasn't going to be there after noon. As soon as she left the house I called the florist and asked if they could deliver before noon... at first he was hesitant because his delivery guy wasn't due in until 10, and the office was quite some distance, maybe to far to make the 11am deadline. But wait... no worries! He offered to deliver it himself, on time. "I'll get it there" he assured me. Later that day I hear from my gal... flowers arrived well before 11!! And to top it off she described them as "the most beautiful bouquet I've ever received"!! No thanks to me... All credit to Granara's. They got it sooo right! Highly Recommend.

We ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother post-surgery while she was at Sequioia Hospital. The flowers never arrived, nor were we notified that they did not. Will never use this shop again.
