WOW! WOW! WOW! I am so impressed with the service and the flower arrangement! I ordered flowers for a friend online at 3:04pm and at 5:05pm the same day I received an email that the flowers were delivered! Shortly after that my friend sent a picture of the flowers they received...the arrangement was GORGEOUS! Thank you so much! We will definitely order from Flowers By Paulann again. :)

I had taken the chance and selected the deal of the day with the florist choice. I was so pleased with the bouquet that was delivered to my sister. Not only was I impressed with the arrangement, but the call I received from my sister who was surprised to receive them but also the pleasantry of the delivery person whom acknowledged the mother's day flowers with a delightful "Happy Mother's Day". I have to say that I'm very disappointed with this service! Not only did I NOT get my flowers on Valentine's Day but when my husband went in to check on why I didn't received the arrangement he had ordered, the response was " the paperwork was at the bottom and we didn't see it" WOW... Really? On Valentine's Day? He was offered two balloons and to have the arrangement delivered the next day. My husband asked for his money back, which he did get. It's the fact that there was no deep sincere apology on such a special day and offer something better than two balloons for their mistake!

I ordered a plant for delivery to someone in the local area. It was absolutely lovely. They recipient was so pleased. They sent pictures here to our office so everyone could see how lovely it was. We called this business on a Friday for an emergency Tuesday funeral service and she went above and beyond. We requested “Broncos” theme and we WERE NOT disappointed. They were and still are (a week later) beautiful. I WILL be coming back for our second service at a different location. Thank you so much for being so caring and helpful through our hard time.

What a wonderful team who created an unbelievably beautiful bridal bouquet for me! We're from a different state so all the communication was done via the phone.. Marcella did an excellent job, helping me with ideas, spending quite a bit of time responding to all my questions and just being very attentive, warm and professional. I met the florist just a day before the event and she was also a peasure to communicate to. Thank you ladies!!
