Was not impressed with flower Carriage. My bridal Bouquet was small and ugly. It had rotten flowers and it did not look like the picture I sent. Also I was promised bracelets with the corsages and I never received them. I felt I was over charge for what I got. I emailed the company and never got a response back from them.

The worst flowershop I could of ever chosen for my brothers wedding!! The backdrop was supposed to have two colors (green and white) but she only put white!! Her excuse was that she ran out of cloth, like really!! I ordered a gold chandelier and she gave us a white chandelier and she just put some dumb flowers in it which made the look even worse!! I would never recommend anyone to do a wedding with these guys!!

I went into Flower Carriage the day before Valentine's Day (Feb 13, 2017) to order a bouquet of flowers for my wife to have delivered at her workplace on Valentine's Day. I specifically requested that the bouquet be delivered between 9am and noon on Valentine's Day. The cashier informed me that shouldn't be a problem. I paid $70 for the bouquet and left the flower shop. On the morning of Valentine's Day, I didn't receive a phone call or text from my wife. I think to myself, "okay, it's Valentine's Day; they must be REALLY busy and running behind schedule." At 3pm on Valentine's Day, I text my wife and ask "Did you receive the flowers? "Nope" was her response. At this point, I'm not in the best mood. I call Flower Carriage and a lady answers the phone. I inform her that I visited that flower shop the day before and purchased flowers to be delivered on V-day and ask her when will the flowers be delivered to my wife? She asks for my wife's name and the address that the flowers were to be delivered. I proceed to provide her the requested information. She informs me that they deliver until 5pm, so it probably would be delivered before then. I explain that I specifically requested that the flowers be delivered in the morning. She asks to put me on hold so she can find out what happened to the bouquet, so I say "sure." After being on hold for a good 15 minutes, I hang up. I tried calling back multiple times, but no answer. My wife left her workplace at 6pm and no flowers were delivered to her; she had no flowers on V-day and she was not a happy camper! I decided to visit the Flower Carriage the next day to find out what happened, and to request a FULL refund. It turns out that they delivered them after 8pm on V-day, well after the promised delivery timeframe of V-day morning. The owner of the Flower Carriage apologizes, but only offers me a $25 refund. I take the refund and leave the flower shop. If I could give Flower Carriage zero stars for failing to deliver on their promise, I would. I will never be returning to Flower Carriage to give them my business ever again!

This was a spur of the moment purchase. I knew I wanted a premium arrangement (different from my previous purchase with this vendor). This was easily a double confirmation of quality, timeliness, and overall reliability. The recipient was elated and I too was in turn!
