This is the second time I have used Fleur d' Elegance to send a flower arrangements first to a family member and now a friend, both times they were absolutely beautiful. Ann was really nice and easy to work with. I ordered canopy for a beach wedding in Encinitas and then needed it to be at the reception room in Carlsbad right after our vows. But sometimes it's not just the flowers that make the arrangement, but everything else that Anne adds to make the arrangement one whole piece. I let Ann know a little about what I'm looking for and what occasion I need for, then when all is said and done she blows me out of the water. For Christmas, I was surprising my girlfriend's parents with visiting them at their home. I had only visited them a few times before, but I asked Anne to make an arrangement for me before I drove over after work. My girlfriend did not even know that I was coming, but all of my girlfriend's family and friends were ecstatic over how pretty and different the flowers were. They had never seen anything like it before! Needless to say they were impressed. I was unsure about ordering flowers online because of past experiences - they just never come out looking the arrangement they have pictured. I ordered an arrangement for my fiancèe that was to be delivered while she got ready at a nearby hotel. Not only did they deliver on short notice, the arrangement itself beyond exceeded my expectations! Even better than it was the picture! It's a shame that I don't live in the area or this would be my flower shop of choice.
