I stepped inside as I was rushing to get my aunt a flower arrangement. Guy there...I think his name is Edgar?? helped me put together a beautiful arrangement with peonies and other beautiful stems. it was beautiful and for the price, it was GREAT. paid about 40 bucks for a medium arrangement. Will be back.

They delivered the flowers after only one hour after I ordered, and the bouquet was big and gorgeous! The person I sent them too said it was the prettiest bouquet she'd ever received. The person that took my flower order over the phone was so nice and helpful also. Definitely going back to them!

Beautiful selection of orchids... they have orchids for five dollars. They have terrariums and a wide selection of pots you can put your orchids on. Can't say any more on how beautiful they are you have to come by and see for yourself.

What a lifesaver! I was already working with Fillmore Florist San Francisco for our centerpieces and a few days before my event, I realized I needed bouquets. I thought that asking last minute, the bouquets would not be as pretty and that they would charge us an arm and a leg. They were so accommodating and provided the most beautiful bouquets. It definitely helped me elevate my event!

Was not willing to help on xmas eve at all when asked for a simple request to confirm an address of a prior order. I had ordered large delivery previously but he was still unwilling to help. My new order was even bigger. Unacceptable, wants money first before giving info even though I had good history with him. Went through Miracle flowers on Market Street and they did a great job and had a full stock. Fillmore could only fill half my order, glad I went to Miracle Flowers! Never again Fillmore...they don't get customer service for good clients.

I had a slightly odd request in that I needed 3 boquets of flowers with one being a primary and the other two being complementary. He didn't even bat an eye. He asked me to pick a single flower and then he would create them around it. All the flowers look amazing but I selected a purple rose. He explained it's origin and then began to create the boquets for me. They were stunning and everyone who saw them was excited. It's not just a bunch of one flower it's truly art. This is why you choose a florist over the market. I buy flowers weekly for my home and now I have a new place to purchase from. An incredible experience at purchasing art that really made an impact

Lei is a truly inspired florist. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for flowers and arrangements. Make sure to get a holiday arrangement too. I've given her a vase and had her go to town on Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter. The compliments on the arrangements are never ending.

Rude and uncaring - I stopped by after moving into the neighborhood and let the owner know that I would be needing eucalyptus branches, weekly, as I use them in my home for allergy relief. The man promised he would hold some aside and even took down my number to let me know when I could come pick them up! I heard nothing, but was in the area again a week later and stopped to pick them up. When I walked in, I saw him placing what he told me were the last branches of eucalyptus in some FUGLY, BASIC arrangement for a gross old white lady and her two kids. These branches were not even being used to their potential, and he acted as though he had never any obligation to hold them or even call and let me know. I've never experienced such crass behavior on the part of a purported 'business owner' - I sure won't be recommending this shop to friends and family. Try the shop on Polk instead, where they're kind and honest!

At all times the staff has been extremely helpful and accommodating to my schedule and what I was looking for in the flowers or arrangements. They offer top notch service and great design ideas. I called Fred from Toronto and asked if he could deliver some roses to my partner, a musician on the road, that was playing a show at a bar close to their location. He was very nice and we had a couple of phone conversations - each time I explained the situation - that she was a musician playing at this venue and I wanted to surprise her. I gave him my partner's name and phone number as well as my name and phone number and the day of the show (the day they were supposed to be delivered) I called before hand to make sure everything was set to go - which he assured me it was. It was at 7:15 and I knew she would be in soundcheck, hanging in a back room somwhere (all of which I explained to Fred). The next day, I messaged my partner and asked if she received any flowers, she was like, "what are you talking about?" I called Fred who assured me that he delivered the flowers himself and left them at the bar with the bartender - a man with a beard. I messaged the bar and asked them what had happened? Why they hadn't given the flowers to my partner? The manager looked into it and got back to me saying that they received a delivery and the person said the flowers were 'for the bar' the bartender said no one by that name worked there, which the delivery man (Fred) responded by saying, 'they are for the bar'. The man delivering the flowers didn't explain himself or make any effort to make sure the flowers were delivered to the intended recipient, my partner, who's name was on the card. I just got off the phone with Fred now, who yelled at me, told me it was my fault and hung up one me. He treated me terribly - all I wanted to do was tell him what had happened, and what I had heard from the bar. This is the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. Fred denied knowing the situation - denied even knowing who the flowers were for. Anyway, this guy is a goof. He ruined a beautiful surprise I had planned. No one got the flowers and I'm out $85CDN and worst of all he took my money, but didn't have the decency or respect to even let me talk to him. It's a stupid, terrible situation made worse by Fred's toxicity. It's not right and he's not a good person. I would not be writing this if he had just heard me out on the phone.

I've ordered many times from Fillmore Florists and have always been quite pleased with the quality of their arrangements and flowers. I like large arrangements with lots of color and fragrance. The arrangements we have received Fillmore Florists have always been stunning and exceeded our expectations. Fred at Fillmore Florists is a great guy whom you can 100% count on to deliver that special arrangement when really need it. For example, I forgot that it was my 26th anniversary (so did my wife lol) so I called Fred at 1:30PM and he said he'd deliver an arrangement for my wife by dinner time. I can't say enough good things about Fillmore Florists.
