We are beyond please with our floral design. Vivian and her staff did an amazing job. They were prompt and gave us more than we could ever imagine! We gave her colors and ideas of what we had in mind. They exceeded both of our expectations. She worked within our budget, and we couldn't be happier!

If I can select more than 5 stars I would. I’ve requested specific arrangements and their professional touch and i’ve been very impressed. The delivery driver was very careful, professional and punctual. Appreciate there service and will continue to order all flowers through them. I suggest you follow suit (just sayin)

Needed a nice, sophisticated arrangement for the grand opening of an office on short notice. Cerritos Florist came to the rescue. Kathy was super friendly and helpful. I got the "Zen arrangement," which features fresh orchids. It was a gorgeous, fresh, colorful arrangement. The beautiful creation was very affordable, and it was a great experience. I will definitely be back for any flower needs!

***Might Mess Up Your Delivery*** If I could give them 0 starts that would be a better rating I ordered from here on valentine's day to have them send flowers to my girlfriend, I used them before and they messed up the order the first time. They apologized and gave me a refund, so since they where so kind as to refund me I gave them a second chance, and personally spoke to someone on the phone as asked for the same thing as last time just a different flower since it was valentine's and I wanted to get there $120 dollar deal. When it came to the day valentine's day I waited all day for my girlfriend to receive themy, but she didn't. I called them at 2pm one hour away from her leaving work and ask if they could please deliver them before she gets out of work because that is what I asked them to do on the phone and they said they could, now it being 3 I call them and ask if they got them delivered or not. They tell me that there about to put them in the van and that they were told they had until 4, I told them no she leaves at 3 so since my girlfriend was 10 minutes away from them I asked her to pick them up and I apologized to her. When she arrived at 3:30 to pick them up she asked for them and they didn't have them ready. After it all she finally got them, but I was not happy with what happened even giving them a second chance.

I found out today that an ex co-worker and friend died.....and his service is today!! I called Cerritos Florist and asked if I could have an arrangement delivered to the funeral home within 2 hours. The very helpful and kind woman told me yes!! She was so wonderful. I arrived and was so pleased with this beautiful and masculine arrangement. Thank you!!

Got a surprise flower delivery on Valentine’s Day. The floral arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! Flowers were very fresh, not a simple brown or wilted flower in the arrangement. They delivered at a very reasonable time. Highly recommend!

Earlier this year, I received a beautiful arrangement of flowers for Valentine's Day from this shop. I received so many compliments on how beautiful they were that I had to keep their info for the next time it was my turn to order. Today, I ordered a bouquet for my best friend's birthday and I couldn't be more pleased! When I got to the shop, I could already feel the love walking in. The staff is the friendliest and everything in the shop is thee cutest from the decor to all the little trinkets. They definitely did such a wonderful job that I couldn't just leave without sharing how awesome this place is!!
