***Might Mess Up Your Delivery***

I ordered from here on valentine's day to have them send flowers to my girlfriend, I used them before and they messed up the order the first time. They apologized and gave me a refund, so since they where so kind as to refund me I gave them a second chance, and personally spoke to someone on the phone as asked for the same thing as last time just a different flower since it was valentine's and I wanted to get there $120 dollar deal. When it came to the day valentine's day I waited all day for my girlfriend to receive themy, but she didn't. I called them at 2pm one hour away from her leaving work and ask if they could please deliver them before she gets out of work because that is what I asked them to do on the phone and they said they could, now it being 3 I call them and ask if they got them delivered or not. They tell me that there about to put them in the van and that they were told they had until 4, I told them no she leaves at 3 so since my girlfriend was 10 minutes away from them I asked her to pick them up and I apologized to her. When she arrived at 3:30 to pick them up she asked for them and they didn't have them ready.
After it all she finally got them, but I was not happy with what happened even giving them a second chance.
