I always have a great experience when I shop at Casa De Flores. I have shopped there for years. Everyone that works there is very warm and friendly and always helpful. I love the old school family atmosphere. They always help me pick the perfect bouquet no matter what the occasion. The flowers are always beautiful and I love how their designs are always changing to what happens to be in style at the time. The prices are totally reasonable and I always feel like I'm getting my moneys worth. I recently had a large dinner party and the manager Nancy was incredibly accomodating and helped me to create the perfect event. My guests raved about the flowers. I also use them for business gifts and they always help me make a great impression on my clients. I cannot say enough about Casa De Flores except to say that I highly recommend them.

Called to make an order of flowers in the morning on the 14th. Came to pick them up and no one could find the order. I ended up not getting the flowers because I was late to a reservation. This is going to be my last time going to this place. Had a similar issue with this location the year before. Customer service two Stars and 1 star for not making the order on phone as requested over the phone.

On 02/09/15 @ around 10:30AM I was searching for a flower shop close to the Starbucks where my fiancée was working. I found one that was very close but didn't have the vase of their newly offered item and were too busy to accommodate my order. Fortunately, during my Google search I found Casa De Flores!!! I needed a bouquet to be delivered before 1:30PM to my fiancée who was working @ Starbucks till 2PM and did they deliver! According to my fiancée who was the Shift Supervisor at that time, there was a lady (carrying a beautiful bouquet of flowers) who entered their Starbucks store and her first reaction was "Wow! Those are beautiful flowers!". The lady went on to fall in line to order coffee. When she was at the register, one of the baristas got my fiancée's attention to tell her that the beautiful flowers were for her. My fiancée couldn't believe it. My fiancée told me that I made her the happiest woman in the world that day. And Casa De Flores helped me do that. Thank you Casa De Flores! You guys rock! Sincerely, Jon

I will never do business with Casa De Flores again. I should have written this post 4 years ago, when I had my last experience with them. I ordered the flowers for my mother's funeral casket. The funeral was on a weekday morning at 10 am. but the flowers were not delivered until well after 11 am, AFTER the funeral service was over. The delivery man drove up to the grave site as we were getting ready to leave. He didn't apologize. In fact, he actually smiled and giggled as he set the flowers down and said something about traffic. Enough said.

They have beautiful and long lasting flowers, beautiful arrangements and very accommodating when you ask them for a specific look. Their prices are very reasonable.

Best florist, ever! It started when I walked into the store for some fresh flowers. There was a sample of an arrangement, and the designer offered to make me something similar with flowers of my choice. From that day on, I started a weekly delivery service; that was 6 months ago. Each and every week I get a creative assortment of flowers, and I love everyone of them! No hassle delivery service: they provide the vase each week, they take the past week's arrangement, in last week's vase, and replace it with a new one, no need to clean. The customer service is awesome, and the flowers are fabulous!

Amazing local florist with unique gorgeous floral arrangements at competitive prices ! Customer service is excellent , and the shop is open until 8 pm . pick up and delivery available which is super convenient in this neighborhood . at say it IS THE BEST FLORIST in this neighborhood !!!!!

Friendly, family owned, reasonable, and quick. I called in at around 9 for same day delivery, and it was delivered prior to 1030. I like using local, so this was a great option, and the prices were about the same if I went online. The main difference, and most importantly, is that you can hold someone accountable and call them if needed (be it change the order, complain, etc). Thanks guys.

IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THE OWNER A ZERO FOR DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I ORDERED A DOUBLE ORCHID PLANT WITH A POT AND PAID $175.00. A FEW DAYS LATER THE LEAVES WERE TURNING YELLOW AND FELL OFF! I RETURNED THIS ORCHID ONLY TO FIND OUT SHE REFUSED TO CREDIT MY CHARGE ACCOUNT IN THE FULL AMOUNT OF $175! SHE WANTED TO CREDIT ME $110 OR GIVE ME A STORE CREDIT. THIS IS NO WAY TO OPERATE A CUSTOMER RELATED BUSINESS WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO CATER TO THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS. I AM OUTRAGED AND APPALLED THAT THE OWNER HAS REMAINED IN BUSINESS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND CASA DE FLORES! THEY ARE THIEVES!

I was so pleased with this order! This is the first time I used your online ordering system (although I have been a customer in person before). I was pleasantly surprised that I could order online for same-day delivery, so I didn't need to call the store. Not only that, it didn't even take all day -- my friend had her flowers by early afternoon! She sent me a photo of the arrangement and it was beautiful, and looked exactly like the photo online. Sadly i placed an order in hopes that it would be delivered same day, even paid $25 for same day delivery. I received several frantic phone calls from the delivery guy who was so rude and unprofessional, I honestly wouldn't recommend this florist to anyone I know.

Ordered flowers from her website on a Sunday evening. They were hand delivered (my niece works at google) the next morning for a birthday. Received an email notifying me of the approximate delivery time and a follow up email confirming the time they had been delivered. A seamless transaction and the floral display was beyond amazing.

I’ve ordered flowers from them conveniently because they are down the street from the building where my wife works. They got me to upgrade my bouquet to Premium one time and I haven’t stopped since. The blooms on this package are insane. I never seen flowers like this!
