Our family has been in CDM since 1991 so we're familiar with the local shops. I've been so impressed with Botanica that I've moved my business from Blooms to Botanica Floral. The owner of Botanica Floral is a wife and a mother who works hard to care for her family while her husband travels a lot on business. She is so kind and attentive and sometimes a little run thin with all the demands but she's always so appreciative and deserves our business. Her floral arrangements are magnificent, timely and reasonably price. Highly recommend!

Beware of Botanica Florist! They will take your phone order and deliver a cheap sloppy floral arrangement not even close to the value of what they will charge. One of our tennis playing friends passed away and we thought ordering a nice floral arrangement resembling a tennis ball would a good idea. I called a couple of florists prior and they honorably told me they were unable to provide such an arrangement. However, when I called Botanica Floral and spoke with Andrea, who was very pleasant on the phone and eager to take my order, I requested bright yellow flowers with red flower accent to resemble a tennis ball. I thought I would receive a nice arrangement for over $200, especially with the many 5 star reviews on yelp but I was so wrong! When I arrive at the memorial service, I was literally shocked to see a small sloppy floral arrangement that didn’t even resemble a tennis ball. Even the friends who went to the service said “it is definitely not worth $200, maybe $50” and “it looked like a 10 year old kid put it together”. I was so disappointed and embarrassed, I texted the owner Kari of Botanical Floral, and she texted back stating this was a last minute order, which it was as I placed it on a Monday at 1pm (24 hours in advance), for a Tuesday 1pm delivery. I also purposely called florists in Corona Del Mar and nearby Newport Beach because the memorial service was located in Corona Del Mar. I think Andrea who took my order said (the service) that’s just 5 minutes away. In all my years of ordering flowers, I have never been so insulted with such an inferior arrangement. I am aware some vendors somehow can remove bad reviews, so I will continue to check yelp and (and google) re-post this review if it is removed.

This was an amazing, amazing bouquet. I don’t think I’ve seen a bouquet ever look so perfectly like the picture, and even better than the picture! My wife absolutely loved this for her birthday, and when it was delivered, she said it looked like the delivery driver was holding a bundle of happiness in her arms. Botanical even went above and beyond, and when I asked to add balloons and a teddy bear after my initial order, they called and had the delivery driver drop back by the shop to pick up the add ons. I couldn’t ask for more. This was service like I’ve never seen before. There is ZERO reason to go anywhere else, and absolutely no excuse to shop from one of those online chains that don’t seem to ever hit the mark. I will continue to buy my flowers for any occasion through botanical floral. They are amazing, have a perfect website, and clearly value their customers, going above and beyond. Great job to the owner and her staff, keep up the amazing work!!!

I walked into Botanica Floral today to buy my girlfriend some flowers. I figured a florist with a front door and not just a kiosk would have better quality product and service, boy was I right.
