Great Customer Service! Super easy to call, order what you want, and pay over the phone. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they let me know it could be "designers choice", I love having this option. The person answering the phone made sure they explained all options and double checked my order before finalizing. I am so impressed and happy! Thanks!

AWFULL. I really would never recommend this flower shop, mainly because I was deceived by owner of flower shop, her name is Denise Barnett. She promised me to make the delivery on November, 11 and then replied to me by email on November, 12 that she made a refund on my card when she realized that we would not accept any substitutions on the flower selection. Then she wrote to me that she could make the delivery on November, 12 with the sabstitutions and she just was waiting to receive the confirmation from me. I confirmed all changes in flowers by email and asked her to make the delivery and charge our credit card. And you know what she wrote to me: I am sorry but my credit card company has advised me not to make this delivery. If you want to place an international order online, we work through Teleflora and they can send the order to me per your request. The recipient was waiting for a birthday gift and the salon twice fell short of expectations destination, it's just unbelievable I often order the flowers in various U.S. flower shops, but have never experienced such incredible deception.

I'm from Canada but bought my friend flowers in San Mateo for her birthday. The photo she sent me and what we ordered was completely different... We paid over $80 USD for an all roses in white and pale yellow and this is what she got instead...

It wasn’t the first time I’ve ordered from Blossom’s and it’s with good reason. Every time I have definitely gotten what I paid for and this time I was not disappointed one bit. Best of all my wife was so super happy with the arrangement. It looks like it’s out of a catalog. So, don’t use those online flower companies that deliver flowers in a box. Do better by going with Blossom’s. You won’t be disappointed.

I would like to share with my situation. Some days ago I placed an order with this salon. At first all went well , the order was accepted, I paid for it with my credit card. And there were no signs of problems. The order should have been delivered the next day after placing an order. But then the next day , all of a sudden, it became clear that they didn't deliver the order to my friend and they even didn't inform me about it , not even a call or email was sent to me. The next day they made a refund. I tryed so many times to reach them by phone and sent them dozes of emails with no response. These flowers were supposed to be a birthday gift to my best friend , so the order was really very important. A few hours after unsuccessful attempts to contact them , I tried to find other salons in this area. And I found finally the better one. But unfortunately , the flowers were not delivered on the birthday of a friend because unfair and poor workof this salon . I would never recommentd to contact this salon and to place orders with them. They need to teach how to work and deal with their customers.
