Adelaide’s, the best there is!!!! One might think choosing the “designer’s choice” on a big flower holiday like Mother’s Day was a risk. Not with Adelaide’s, the arrangement was stunning, just as I knew it would be. My Mom absolutely loved it, and can’t wait to show it off. Thank you Adelaide’s for always delivering a superior product that shows the effort and experience, whether it be the most expensive arrangement or the cheaper “designer’s choice.” You are my go to for gifts, and I don’t see that changing!!!

Great quality flowers, but I went twice and the presentation the second time was not as nice as the first. Customer service is another story. Something I really did not appreciate was when I was asked “This is an expensive flower, are you sure?” Like, what is that supposed to mean? I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere if these people feel I cannot afford their flowers.

For my elderly mom's birthday, I ordered what looked to be a gorgeous, lush, professionally designed arrangement and what I got instead was something that looks like it was made at a grocery store. I asked for a partial, not total, refund to reflect the huge difference between what they'd advertised online and what they delivered. They offered another arrangement, which would not work as my parents are in their 80s and don't need the hassle of waiting for another delivery and giving back the original arrangement for a replacement. Why in the world would a gift recipient have to be bothered this way? All I wanted was a small token of acknowledgement that what they have on their web site is NOT what they deliver. In addition to not genuinely trying to make things right, I was blamed for their lack of integrity and proper business practices, being told that "To make sure you get exactly what you want next time, please go ahead and write in the special instructions that you want the arrangement identical to the websites' image." Who in the world should have to do that to guarantee they get what they pay for?
