I live on the East Coast and wanted to send a dear friend of mine a "pick me up" arrangement. I called in the late afternoon PDT and the arrangement was delivered the next day by 1:00 pm. My experience on the phone placing the order as well as the delivery was exceptional. To top it all off, I was sent a confirmation of delivery as well as photo of arrangement delivered. NEVER has that been offered. Ten stars if such a rating.

This would be my first time placing an order for any floral delivery, and I am glad I chose ABC Florist. Very easy to make a delivery, has great side options like balloons, candles and candy. I made my order before open (9am), and the flowers were hand delivered around 12pm. They even sent me a picture of how it looked before delivering!! My best friend was amazed with the colors of the bouquet. It made her tear up.

Josy designed the floral arrangements as well as planned out my wedding with me. I wanted my wedding to be rustic themed- and she made it happen! I absolutely love her work! She is really good at what she does, her and her team worked really hard to deliver my vision and beauty in our wedding. Tom was awesome too, and helped bring the flowers to the venue. I was in love when I saw everything the day of. They really have such a good eye and really make sure everything is just right- I'm so glad I went with her! And she also helped me plan along the way- giving me tips and advice. She really knows what she is doing, I would've been helpless if I didn't have her! I called around 11 for same day delivery and spoke to a gentleman named Tom. He helped me come up with a nice arrangement based on my budget. He also coordinated delivery to Belmont Pool at 3 PM. At 2:30 there was a sudden change of delivery locations and Tom personally delivered the flowers without a hitch. Great service, great support, great price. Highly recommend.

Customer service extraordinaire!!! I called in a special order from New York because I wanted just the right birthday flowers from my daughter, who was bringing her baby home on her birthday. The flowers needed to be long lasting, no fuss and of course beautiful and Tom talked with their designer to make the perfect arrangement. Then I wanted just the right balloon for the baby and also the cutest bear and Tom texted me photos so I could choose. Then I needed Tom to wait to deliver the flowers until my daughter and her husband brought the baby home in the late afternoon. Tom was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process - I totally see why ABC Florist gets 5 stars - I'd give them 10 if I could! Thank you to Tom and ABC Florist!!!

ABC Florist delivered the most beautiful floral spray arrangement for a memorial service in Long Beach! I was a bit nervous ordering the arrangement via their website knowing that it would have to be delivered at a very specific time. However, within minutes of placing the on-line order, Tom wrote me an e-mail confirming that they received my special instructions and would be able to handle the requests. What they delivered looked just like what was pictured and the picture on their website is definitely an original (vs a stock photo on majority other florists' websites if you search "Bailey Boo")

A Beautiful California Florist has so many beautiful options. I live in Ohio and wanted flowers delivered to the Long Beach area. The checkout process was incredibly easy and they sent a picture of the actual flowers being delivered (which looked very similar to the picture online) along with an email when the flowers arrived at their destination. Not only to did they call to check on delivery for the memorial service, but they called to let me know about a change so I wouldn't be surprised with an email. It is so excellent to know what to expect and to be able to see the arrangement when you won't be able to see it in person. Five star service for sure.

I recently used this florist for an anniversary bouquet and they went above and beyond what I was expecting. They have an online ordering system and images of all flowers available, but I chose to call my order in over the phone. The process took roughly 10 minutes from start to finish. I asked that they delivered the bouquet to a restaurant near by, which was no problem at all. Professional, but with for price. Don't expect a cheap bill for the best flowers in Long Beach.

The woman on the phone was very nice and patient as I struggled through placing an order for my nephew's memorial service. She was completely understanding and accommodating for what I wanted. Being on the other side of the country, I was unable to attend the service and unable to see my flowers in person. However they sent me a delivery confirmation email along with a picture of my completed order, and they were absolutely beautiful.
