wonderful place. beautiful and posh. the sales people are so friendly and cheerful. they were very helpful in finding something to fit into my budget. they don't push you to spend more. the shop smells great and is always fully stocked with the nicest flowers. i give it an A+++

No knock on the door and flowers were left under the mail box. Were supposed to be delivered in the morning and at 740pm found them outside the door. Called before to find out about time of delivery and said they will try the next day or the next?

Today I purchased flowers to my fiance, I spent good amount of money after looking on the website, the flowers looks amazing on the website, however the flower we received are lousy , empty and not worth it. Very disappointing. I tried to call the company but they blew me off. I will never buy from them again

I will never use this flower shop, ever. They ruined my birthday completely. My husband paid to have flowers delivered to my work and they never arrived. He had even had called to make sure that the delivery would be done as scheduled and this flower shop never arrived to my work for delivery. Bad customer service.

Terrible service! Placed an order online and never received it. I then called the store to request a refund, they said they would refund me but have not issued it. I ordered flowers for my wife online, as she is a teacher I called the store to ensure she would receive them before she left and the assured me they would be. After she returned home without flowers I Called the store again, The apologized for the mess up and said they would send flowers to the house with a box of chocolate for the mistake. The order I placed was never received, so I again called the store to request a refund, they again apologized for the mess up and said that they would issue me a refund immediately which in most cases returns to my account in 3-7 business days. After such allotted time I again called the store to see what the issues was, every time I call they say that the manager that issues refunds in unavailable and will be in the next day. This has continued for 3 days now of the same run around and story.

I placed an order on 1800 flowers for a delivery in Ga, some how this flower shop received the order. Once it was realized that they cannot find anyone for the order they stated my order was canceled and my bank would have to process my refund. Well it’s been a whole month later and my bank is stating they never received any funds back from flower shop and I am out of $188. I will be looking into going to small claims court for theft as no flowers were delivered and no refund issued.

I no longer buy flowers at supermarkets. Conroys is the friendliest flower shop I know. They are knowledgeable, friendly and happy people. They always have a large display of fresh flowers and what I want a good price.

The employees here at Conroys Flowers are always helpful and they all seem happy to work there. The owner is also very friendly. I come here all the time. My flowers are fresh and beautiful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Never use this florist again!!! Ordered two "Glorious Christmas" arrangements for a holiday party... I was too embarrassed to place them out!!! One had white roses with brown spots. The second had gold bows that looked like they were made by my 2nd grader. The "rich burgundy dianthus" replaced by wilting carnations.

Amazing service, I sent flowers last minute to my daughter for her birthday and they told me delivery before 3 pm and she got the flowers in less than two hours, the flowers were so beautiful and fastest delivery I have ever used, recommend them to anyone in this area, wonderful customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Visited the store Tuesday night and the male employee (didn't catch his name) hooked me up with a hand made dozen roses bouquet. He took extra care of my order and offered me a deal on a card. I appreciate his attention to detail. I'll be using his services in the future

I came in on sunday June 2nd looking for a arrangement for my mothers birthday that same day, the guy told me the roses they use are from Ecuador and they will last between 10-15 days and not to shop around because other places roses don’t last. so i was happy bought the arrangement paid almost $200.00. Today is wednesday june 5th and look at the roses.!! They didn’t even lasted a week.!!! My mother couldn’t enjoy her roses more then 3 days!!

Wish I could give a zero. Ordered flowers from them and they sent a dying bouquet that looked nothing like the pictures and the delivery guy tried to deliver the flowers at 8am instead of the 3pm that I chose for the order. When I explained to them what happened they said they would deliver another bouquet for free and never delivered it. Currently asking for a refund and for them to come pick up their trash. And for them to do this on Mothers Day. Outraged!

I called today at 10:05am and some woman answered angry and upset very rude and answering me by saying " what you want" like it's her personal phone. I wanted to know how long would it take to get flowers delivered I told her my address and she said I can't tell you I don't know what you want.. if work stresses her out maybe it's not for you.. you guys lost a customer and recieved a bad review because you're employee was having a bad morning.. look into new employees
