My boyfriend had flowers sent to me at work. I was shocked by the appearance when I picked them up. The tulips were a weird shade of gray and not bloomed yet, had dying leaves attached, the filler was some sort of scratchy green pine needle looking mess which was not pretty, the CLEAR case had DIRT on the bottom, and the bow stuck in the arrangement with the wire VISIBLE through the glass looked as if it were stolen from the dumpster and added at the last minute. I was honestly embarrassed to carry this thing home with me.

The Empty Vase is by far my favorite florist. The people who own it are so creative, and are really wonderful, caring people. My family sends me flowers from there, even though they are out of state. This business certainly gets my pick for #1 florist in Little Rock.

I'm not sure who I talk to when i call up there, but it seems like the same guy every time, and he makes my life easy. I travel for a living and 3 or 4 times a year i need flowers delivered in Little Rock. All i ever tell them is to bill me around $100 and tell them the occasion and they take it from there. Every time they end up sending my fiance beautiful arrangements that get her compliments all week long, send them on time, and make me look like good. Its great to know i found a florist that i can count on to make these simple and make them right, every time.

I can't say enough about the wonderful guys at The Empty Vase. Some would say I am hard to please, but when I deal with them they always please me. Often on short notice they deliver creations that are out of the ordinary. My mother used to say cake mixes don't have love in them, so always make your cakes from scratch. Other florist create flowers similar to cakes from mixes. Arrangements from The Empty Florist are like cakes from scratch, they have love in them and it really shows!

Worst experience. Flowers were ordered to be delivered to a family member and the flowers were left outside on the sidewalk. $100 worth of flowers that could have been taken by anyone. I spoke to one of the owners and basically was told that it was my fault that they had to do that. Extremely poor customer service and the owner spoke to me so hatefully and even hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. I hve never been treated so poorly by any business ever. Customer service is absolutely not a priority to this owner and only wanted to take my money and not worry about making sure the customer was taken care of.

Very nice looking arrangement, but our agreed price over the phone was $65.00, then the bill was $88.00, with no attempt to contact me regarding the difference or any substitutions. Also, they wouldn't offer a timed delivery between 10:30 - 11:00 at a place of business that can't accept deliveries after 11:00. I guess I'll have to dispute the credit card bill for the difference, since I have the agreed price on audio recording

In a very hard time in the loss of my sweet Dad, they made the most amazing arrangements of wildflowers that reminded us so much of our upbringing in Colorado and his love for the mountains and outdoors. I wish they would’ve lasted forever, they were so beautiful!

Ordered flowers for my wife today from The Empty Vase. I was surprised when they had been delivered within a couple of hours. My wife was very pleased with the arrangement and the ladies in her office said that it smelled wonderful. I would definitely recommend them for your floral needs.

Absolutely fantastic service! I called The Empty Vase this morning from London, England to see if they could put together and deliver an arrangement today for my Mom's birthday. Not only did they put together a stunning arrangement, but they also packaged it with the most adorable stuffed bear and hand picked sweets. My mother is a gardener and her birthday is in January in the dead of winter, so I like to get her flowers during the bleak winter months. I informed the man at The Empty Vase of this, gave a price of $40, and he said he'd get me set up. I was worried I'd receive a boring, standard array of maybe 3 different types of flowers, all pink, white, and purple pastel. Not the case! The arrangement was varied in color and flower. My mother was giddy as a child as she rotated the vase, naming each type of which there were easily 8+. I'm not sure I ever got a better reaction for a gift. I'll be going back to this place for all florist needs.
