Best in town! Todd has never let me down. He may be a bit higher than some in town but you get what you pay for. I rarely even tell them what kind of flowers I want. Just tell them the occasion and they have always taken great care of me.

We walked in this shop on Valentine's 2019. Now i understand that this is a choatic time of year for this industry, but unfortunately we lost my mother-in-law a few days prior so we were just wanting to look around the shop to get an idea for an arrangement for her memorial service the following week. We were met immediately by Mr. Todd Sweden and told that he was "too busy to help/talk about this". Again, we never asked to sit and talk, merely that we were there to look at the in-stock flowers, but instead we were ushered out of the door with him repeating how he was just too busy. Around the corner is another local shop, Colonial Flowers. When we walked in the door, we again provided the same "we're here to just look and plan", but rather than a designer saying he was too busy he stopped working on his arrangement and escorted us into the wall-to-wall room of flowers. Taking his time to explain, in detail, what arrangements are good for what we were wanting. At the end of the conversation we placed a fairly large order with them. I will never spend another dollar on flowers at any shop other than Colonial Flowers in the city of Russellville again.

Hot Wired

Called yesterday and asked about Valentine's Day specials. I was rudely told that the minimum was $75 and rudely asked how did I feel about that? I asked what was in the arrangement and was told that it would be a rose and a bunch other type flowers without any other explanation. I understand this is a busy time of year but for $75 I like to know what I'm paying for as I have been burned in the past. I chose not to use their services due to the rudeness of the gentleman to which I spoke. I fully believe $75 is a bit much to ask for a minimum order especially in the manner and which it was presented to me.

I ordered online, the night before the event. I was concerned the plant would never make it there, or be too late, or would look terrible...especially concerning when you're in another state and can't make it. Sweeden Florist came through though! Delivered on time, and the plant was beautiful, from what I hear. Thank you so much Sweeden Florist! :)

For the price I paid, I was very disappointed in the flowers that I ordered and had delivered. It didn't have some of the flowers in it the description said and a totally different type of ribbon. What was delivered didn't look anything like what I ordered online.

Todd couldn’t have been more gracious with my order. I went in to order a small arrangement for my new living space. I was not specific about the arrangement. When I picked it up, it was lovely though a little too “normal” for me. Again, my fault for not being specific. I plan to have Todd provide flowers for my home & office. He is artistic & very talented (& I’m very particular - he fits the bill). I will just let him know how non-traditional I am for future orders.

I ordered a 'deluxe' bouquet for Mother's day. It had to be ordered on Friday May 7th via Sweeden Florist because the Teleflora order I placed was rescheduled twice then canceled. I completely understand not being able to get delivery till the Monday following Mother's day and having to make some substitutions. However, the bouquet looked like just a bunch of haphazard leftover flowers thrown together. Very disappointing, a terrible bouquet to send anyone, let alone for my mom for Mother's day, Thank you for the huge embarrassment Sweeden Florist. I will try to post the pic of the flowers that I paid vs. the pitiful arrangement sent out. I will never place an order with this florist again. Complete waste of $76.

The most unprofessional service I’ve ever received. I went online and ordered flowers for my sister everything looked good got my confirmation only to receive email saying their website was right and they wouldn’t honor what their website allowed me to order. I commented back to them that I felt they should honor what their website gave me so they canceled my order. If you are looking for good service all the way around please look elsewhere

Horrible. Ordered flowers and they were not what I ordered. Next morning petals from flowers on table and turning brown. Not Fresh. Man came back and took arrangement. Waiting on refund still. Do Not USE THIS FLORIST.

I called Sweeden's at 9 am to place an order for my mothers birthday and it was delivered at 11:30! They were the most beautiful flowers and the best customer service! Keep up the amazing work, it does not go unnoticed.
