Awesome customer service! I called from out of town just knowing that I wanted a flower arrangement and small gift. Vicki (I think was her name) took the time to visit with me and describe some of the gift items they had. She even sent me a text photo. The flower arrangement sent was beautiful and the gift items were perfect. They get an A+ in my book!

Melanie and her staff are very professional and do impeccable work. We have used them for years but Melanie recently did the flowers for my wedding. She did an incredible job. I showed her some things on pinterest that I liked, we discussed colors and style. When the bouquet and other flowers were ready I was blown away by how she had not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I have used florists in large metropolitan areas that were not nearly as good as she is. Siloam Springs is lucky to have Melanie and her team!

Vicky from Siloam Flowers & Gifts was such a terrific help! I called all the way from deep, South Texas on Wednesday and she was able to help me arrange a delivery for Friday to a relative in Siloam Springs of a dozen roses with chocolates - that they did not have on hand. When I tell you I was blown away and so genuinely thankful for Vicky's outstanding customer service by going through the effort to obtain the chocolates they didn't have in their shop, I'm not even kidding. I just wanted to praise Siloam flowers. My husband has been using you exclusively for years for every special occasion, birthday,Mothers day, Anniversary, Valentines. I have been especially pleased with the new idea that he was told about having shorter stemmed roses to make them last longer. The arrangements have been gorgeous and the roses have lasted twice as long. Thank you for helping him make my special days beautiful

My 3yr old picked herself some flowers out of the cooler today and has been playing with them for hours and they still look great. Very friendly even though we only spent $5. It smelled amazing in there, too.

The plant I ordered was pretty, the pot it came in was nice. This was my first time using this florist. We had an issue with some charges and they called me to correct the issue. Given the fact that this was a simple error and an easy correction, I would gladly use this business services again should the need arise again.

Flowers are always beautiful!! However when you send them to brighten someones day the delivery person should not make jokes and make that person feel terrible thinking they are an advertisement!!! I am furious and disappointed in this service for the first time.

Thia was the first time I have been to this shop. Ordered a patriotic bouquet for a company event picked up first thing the next morning. Flowers were droopy and was very disappointed for the price we paid and the quality of flowers we got.
