I received the most beautiful bouquet of two dozen red roses and a box of chocolates today - my mom, who lives out of state, ordered them from Shirley's to be delivered to my job. I get to work at 8:30 AM and the bouquet and chocolates were already on my desk. The roses are high quality, full and not damaged in any way. The greenery is full and delightful and the vase - the vase is elegant and heavy, suitable for reuse for large candles or anything! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Tried to order a standard bouquet listed as $32, but when I went to checkout it was suddenly $64.23!! Taxes and fees of up to $30 is absolutely rediculous. Also, the website is hard to navigate. You can't just sort doers by prices, and the UX/UI design is difficult for the user. No thank you.

While away from home in Nebraska, I had 1800flowers cancel an order on me the day of my daughters dance recital. I had flowers scheduled to be sent to her before her recital. I called every place in Bentonville, AR with no luck to get same day delivery with time crunch I was on until I called Shirley's. When I called, I was told that they stopped delivering at 2 (it was after 2). She (Shirley) then asked what it was for. After telling her, she then insisted on making a bouqet for my 5 year old and delivering them to her which was out of her way on her way home. I could not have been more grateful. She delivered them on time and they looked beautiful. I STRONGLY suggest using Shirleys for an honest and helpful company to deliver your flowers. Thank you VERY VERY VERY much! You will now get my business going forward!

Top 3 local florists in Rogers/Bentonville area. Very knowledgeable, but limited selection unless you order ahead. They cater to many local weddings, galas, functions, and funerals. Typically more expensive. If you order from a 1-800 flower delivery service, chances are it is Shirley's that will be delivering them.

Walked in and no one greeted me and when I asked about the wreath she said they ranged from 200 and up when they have one online for 144. She didn't know the prices either or the correct size.. Then told me it would be from 200 to 250 for the wreath
