Purchased flowers for delivery for my Mom's birthday. First, delivery was quick and early in the morning. Second, and more importantly, I think it may have been the most beautiful flower arrangement I have ever seen, as well as my Mom. It was glorious. Mom's birthday was difficult as my dad passed about a month ago - in all truthfulness, those flowers did lift her spirits quite a bit because they were just that damn beautiful. I called from out-of-state on Friday morning to order flowers for a close friend who had just returned home after surgery. Not only were they able to deliver the arrangement that afternoon, but my friend loved the flowers. She sent me a picture and they really were beautiful. I posted the picture on a gardening site in my home state to find out the name of one of the flowers and my post is still getting compliments on the arrangement today. Completely satisfied! I will call again.

Went into their Fayetteville store on a Monday morning to talk about wedding planning, and the ladies in there were SO rude and snooty to me. Pigment Floral Studio has the greatest customer service and amazingly talented florists. I received a beautiful bouquet for my birthday from a dear out-of-town friend. When the flowers didn't cooperate and wilted quickly, I reached out to them since this wasn't like their products at all. Pigment apologized profusely and offered another beautiful replacement bouquet. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my birthday flowers, and I can't tell you how much I appreciated it. PIGMINT is my favorite florist in NWA! Their arrangements lasts forever! My husband actually likes buying the arrangements because they are worth the price. The employees stay on top of floral trends and are super friendly! I didn't have enough RSVP to have a private floral class, so we did a public one to celebrate my birthday. I came in to ask about a bouquet for my (very) small wedding. The lady I spoke with informed me that bridal bouquets start at $195. I asked about something smaller for a non-traditional wedding, and she made it clear that if I wasn't willing to commit to $200 on a single bunch of flowers, she didn't want my business. I do wonder if she would have been more willing to work with me on a small bouquet if I hadn't used the word "wedding," but that in itself seems pretty ridiculous. Fellow non-traditional brides and/or brides on a budget: go anywhere else.

I scheduled an arrangement to be delivered, but accidentally had it delivered to MY house instead of MY FRIENDS house. (OMG!). Mike was awesome and corrected the delivery straight away. PIGMINT has the MOST amazing arrangements in Northwest Arkansas! Their store is located off the Fayetteville Square and offers a wide selection of flowers, arrangements, and gifts. My husband ordered flowers for me and they made the office ladies swoon when they were delivered! Everyone was stopping by my office to see my flowers. I loved them and asked that he always go there first! Nice people and amazing creativity!
