I highly recommend NWA florists! I have used them for my wedding, and my sister used them for hers now too. My wedding was a fall themed porch wedding, and they made two gorgeous huge bouquets for me and my matron of honor. I also wanted a floral piece to go on the porch, and they created me this amazing live garland. It actually lasted for a very long time, I left it up all winter. They are very reasonably priced, and so easy to work with.

Amazing service! I was having flowers delivered to Vantage Point and a nurse there was giving them a hard time. The florist ended up calling them and sorted everything out and even delivered them herself after hours on her personal time to make sure my wife got the flowers she was looking forward to. The best customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Prices were super reasonable. And they were completely transparent. I won’t go anywhere else.

Two stars because the flowers are beautiful but don’t come here unless you want the lousy staff to mess up your order like they did mine. Very basic instructions as well it wasn’t a complicated order. I paid a good amount of money for the wrong thing it’s upsetting.

My first consultation, the wedding coordinator assisted me with carrying out the vision for my wedding, respected my budget and completely understood by design scheme. I even came back for a second consultation with more ideas and vision and was met with understanding and professionalism. Their prices are reasonable and they use high quality florals. I am so pleased I chose to put my wedding in their hands!

Called to have a delivery set up for a location on campus. Rather than just set up the delivery with an address initially or online, I called first and tried to give specific details to avoid confusion (it was to be delivered to an open athletic event, meaning no admission fee etc.) I was refused service, I'm assuming because it would take a little bit of effort. I knew this was probably more than a normal delivery, but not unreasonable. I was polite, and offered as much help as needed to get everything accomplished. Still, I was turned down. It's extremely frustrating.

I've spent hundreds of dollars over the last 5 years at NAF and noticed service, especially delivery, has slid! I thought I would give them one more shot... Paid cash before noon, paid additional for delivery (less than a mile from their store) .... and they still didn't deliver in a timely manner! Staff isn't particularly friendly either. Anyone have suggestions on another florist?

They are very accommodating to any budget you may have. Super friendly staff. Bahkti worked with me to make the floral arrangements of my dream wedding, especially becuase I was a little lost coming in to. She immediately reassured me that she could help me figure it out. I am not a huge fan of Rose's but she found a type that I fell in love with that fit my color scheme. I think she knew more of what I wanted than I did, which was very helpful and relieved some stress I had about my wedding day. Thank you for all the advice and for being so accommodating.

Bhakti and her team made our wedding so beautiful. She took a fairly generic conference hall and made it so beautiful on three separate occasions. When we first walked into the room on Friday night, we could not believe where we were. Again for the wedding ceremonies and the reception, the room was stunning. Throughout the wedding weekend, the flowers were amazing—and we received many compliments on them. In addition to her terrific work, Bhakti is very easy to work with and so kind. She was patient with us as we worked through exactly what we wanted, and she executed it better than we could have ever imagined. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

I called and ordered flowers for a girl I am seeing, just because she had been working hard and was going to be gone for a week and a half. I ordered them at 11 a.m. and requested they be sent that day. She gets back to her office and they the flowers aren't there. I call NWA Florist and they tell me that, six hours later, they are on their way to her office. It's now 5 pm. She's not there anymore. Six hours to deliver flowers just down the road?! SIX HOURS??! I asked for a manager to call me. It is now day two and still no call. They are "seeing" if they can refund my money... That's cute. Go buy your stuff at a company who really wants your business, because these people don't.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. I once ordered flowers and as soon as I got them they were wilted and almost dead. The owner is as rude and hateful to customers as she is fat and ugly. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this horrible excuse for a business.

Ordered flowers for a friend that was in the hospital out of town and the ONLY thing that was what I ordered was the daisies . Not at all happy and called to let them know and they said they would call back and it has been over a week and no answer. Will never use this florist again. ALL I AS WAS FOR A CALL BACK IS IT THAT HARD? And as I explained I was in the hospital myself and just got out when I called back and the shop that redelivered told my friend that she was the one that complained and she didn't know what I was sending so she liked it and it was NOT what I ordered and was told would be sent . And that in itself is very unprofessional.

I had my first consultation with Bhakti before I really knew what I wanted, which was not helpful for her, but she was super helpful for me! She guided me through the process and helped me decided on what I wanted within my budget. She gives great advice! I did a second consultation closer to my wedding day, and she helped me decide on what I wanted for my bouquets and the look I was going for. It was so helpful to me for her to do a quick sketch of what my arch will look like because I'm not good at visualizing things. I'm very excited to see the final results from NWA florist for my wedding in 1 week! Great people, and good prices! I had another consultation at a different florist and she did not listen to what I was telling her I wanted at all, and their prices were too much. Bhakti listened to everything I mentioned and showed her photos of and helped me come up with a great plan for my florals!

I don't normally post reviews. I've maybe written 3 in my lifetime but this is one I feel compelled to write. I had an excellent experience with the staff and the flower arrangement was beautiful. I called at closing time with a pleading request as 5 stars! 10 if there was the option. I was supposed to be flying in from Austin for my sisters birthday and my plane was delayed. I had to miss the dinner party and of course it was 5pm so I knew I had almost no chance. I called around frantically to the flower shops recommended and was turned down by every one until reaching Ebony in customer service. She was so gracious and kind and between her, the driver who agreed to do so under the time constraints and the designer, Kaylene, they pulled it off without a hitch and did so with such great attitudes! I would've been happy if the arrangement was mediocre but again, my expectations were exceeded and it was stunning. Thank You to all the Ebony, Kayley, and anonomys driver. Thank you for saving my day!

I ordered flowers online for Mother’s Day. The process was super easy. About 45 minutes later I received a call from a very friendly young lady informing me that the place I was getting the flowers delivered to has an employee that is allergic to one of the types of flowers in the bouquet. She politely asked me if they could switch that flower with another one. That is called going above and beyond. I haven’t seen the flowers yet but I’m sure they will be beautiful. Nonetheless, great customer service!!

I was impressed from the time I ordered to the time it was delivered. The person I talked to to place my order asked me a bit about the recipient to help select the best flowers and gifts for their likes and personality. When the recipient was not home when they attempted to deliver, I received a text and was able to work with them to arrange an better deliver time. They were very accommodating and kind about it. They provided confirmation when it was delivered. Very Impressive - I wish all florist were this great to work with.
