Terrible customer service! I guess they only deliver to an address that is convenient for them. The closest florist to the address was the only florist that said they wouldn't do it. They were sure to let me know that they had 8 trucks delivering but could not help me. The thing is, I would have paid extra if that's what needed to happen, I was never given that option. So much for the customer coming first!

Horrible quality! Sent a terribly small arrangement and we bought the "biggest" you could buy... It was as wide as our hand... We will never ever ever order from these people again. Instead of re-deliverying the flowers they promised they would the next day, they pawned it off on a another florist and we received "florist pick" flowers instead of what we ordered originally! The second set we got was wilted!!! Sorry excuse for professionally handling anything! Don't be fooled by this company!

Great prices, great service. Whether you are there in person or calling from over seas the staff does a wonderful job every time. Especially loved it when Lorie helped with flowers when my mother passed, they really do treat you like family.

Long story, but because I couldn't open the door quickly due to mobility issues, they left a flower arrangement with college kids next door that we don't know. There was a list of phone numbers on the back of the door hangar, and I had to call through the list to find the right shop. They finally agreed to redeliver after I explained that it would be impossible to walk next door to see if the college kids were home and retrieve the arrangement. Who leaves things with neighbors nowadays? Most of us don't even know their names. I made sure they had the right number and asked them to call ahead so I'd have time to get to the door. They didn't. They were less than responsive to the needs of someone who just had surgery (hence, the flowers) and someone who had mobility issues. Very, very bad customer service.

Walked in 11/17/2015 and ordered a bouquet for Chisholm Springs Events Open House, to be our table centerpiece. We took in the vase we wanted and expected to just purchase some hydrangeas. While talking with the designer he offered to design a piece right then. Amazing service and creativity beyond our imagination. The design was awesome, blending roses, greenery, silver accent leaves, even placing elements in the water so the entire vase was a part of the design. He created it within a few minutes and was very affordable. Placed it into a vase carrying box with tissue so it was elegant even while in the carrier box. It is the extra steps of design and care that makes the difference. Our centerpiece rocked and the flowers are still looking fresh and good 9 (revised 19) days later. It has been almost 3 weeks now and the hydrangeas are still white with tiny blue blossoms starting, the roses are just starting to turn colors however the entire centerpiece still looks good on our coffee table. Totally impressed with the longevity of the flowers when other flowers have died quicker in the past from other florists.

Ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday, as of 1:40 the next day they still haven't arrived. Most unresponsive staff, ever!
