I called about 10 minutes prior to walking in and my Beautiful arrangement was ready and the staff is always Awesome. They send my Mother flowers randomly when I call to her job and she Loves them as well. I want use anyone, but them 10+ years and they never let me down.

Don't order online from these people. I ordered the bouquet called "How Sweet it Is", which was supposed to be mostly roses. It had a grand total of THREE roses, and a ton of other filler flowers, half of which were not even blooming. I paid close to $100 and totally got RIPPED OFF! I wish I knew how to post a picture of it here. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic! They should be ashamed of themselves.

It's great to see a local Hallmark store again. They have a really good selection and some other cool things like Magnolia Home to compliment. Not to mention their incredible floral arrangements. Next time you you need something for a special someone be sure you check out Morgan's first!

First of all let me say that the flowers are beautiful. but, they are supposed to be in a vase, not a box. I paid for a mylar balloon which, my mother did not get. I will never and i mean never use this company again. $65.85 for flowers in a box. No thank you Morgan Florist. I used FTD florist to send my sister some flowers for her birthday and she got everything i ordered. needless to say i will NOT be using Morgan Florist ever again. Also i never got an email confirmation so i called and the lady on the phone assured me that i would get one and i never did. Bad, Bad, Just Bad.

I live out of state, and I recently ordered a plant to be delivered to the funeral of my friend's father in El Dorado. There was an unforseen problem with the plant that was delivered. When it was brought to the attention of Wendy, she went out of her way to make sure that my friend was sent another plant to replace it. She and Skyler were very helpful and care deeply about their clientele and their product. Their customer service is impeccable.
