I ordered a spring boquet for my grandmothers funeral days in advance. It cost close to $100 when all was said and done. The lady that took my order was very nice. We live out of state. When we arrived at the visitation, we were very disssppointed in the bouquet. It was placed in a cheap clear $2 glass vase. The vase was mainly filled with greenery. I could have easily went to my local grocery store and picked up a $10 bouquet of flowers. I attempted calling several times...only to reach an answering machine.

Until today usually if I order days ahead of time and my order arrives by about 10am today is my wife’s birthday and it’s noon and I hadn’t got my usual thank you txt. So I call Johnston’s and say “hey my wife gets off work at 3 what time are the flowers showing up” they reply with “well there not a specific time on the order.and we can’t have them there till right at 3” I ordered 100$ worth 50$ on fruit basket and 50$ On flowers I’d like for her to be able to show them off not get them at leaving time.... I’m sorry I thought if you ordered days before that was a given you wanted them there early. Maybe that’s my bad. Like I said I’ve been doing business there for years and been very happy with there service my go to place for flowers. same ole same and always done me right until today.

Ordered flowers from them. Paid an exorbitant amount for the flowers. They took some cut flowers stuck them in an over sized vase and called it good. I ordered special flowers for my daughter who had lost her grandfather and the flowers were a special bond between them. I was horrified when I saw the flowers that were suppose to be delivered at noon but arrived 4 hours later. We had to call 4 times to even get them delivered. A first grader could have done a better job with the flowers that I could have bought at Wal-Mart for about $6.00 dollars. Will never use this store again or will I recommend them to anyone I know. In fact I will strongly encourage my friends and family to use someone else. Social Media will also know of the horrible thing Johnston's Flowers did to my daughter and my family. After talking with a staff member my daughters flowers were replaced with a beautiful flower Arrangement. Thank You for making a gloomy day brighter.

I have moved from Fort Smith, but when I order flowers for friends there I always call Johnston’s. Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful! I have developed a great rapport with Krista and she knows what I like, so I usually work with her. She can send me pics of some of what they have and we discuss colors, types of flowers, design and containers. The most recent bouquet was gorgeous! It obviously takes extra time to work with me over the phone, but Krista is creative and patient. Thanks to all the all the great people at Johnston’s!

It was very good of this florist to do a same day arrangement and delivery. However I was very disappointed in the quality of the arrangement I ordered. It was a sympathy arrangement for $75 and was nearly 100 including tax and delivery. The person on the phone told me that they would make it and it would be beautiful and that it would be done right. It was very sparse and skimpy and mostly greenery. I will not use this florist again. I wouldn't have been happy with a fuller arrangement even if it had been smaller.

My wife and I work in the same place/building, and everytime I get her flowers (it’s always from Johnston’s, by the way) I have numerous people stopping by my desk just to tell me how amazing the flowers look. If you want a certain vase type and certain flower types or colors, just tell them and that's what you get. If they can't make it like you want it, they will call you and ask if they can substitute. Really a quality shop.

This is the second time I have contacted Johnston's Quality Flowers, I am located in NY and needed to have an arrangement sent within hours (not intended), each time they accommodated without hesitation. They were polite, helpful and kind (and their suggestion were a huge hit!). The arrangement did just wanted I wanted, made a difference to my friend. Their Name fits them perfectly "Quality". I will use them from now on. Thank you Johnston's Quality, for standing above the rest!! Another time I needed to send Flowers, this time for a funeral, I supplied all the information and Johnston's Quality Flowers took it a step further, they went on the web site, only to find out the information I supplied was wrong, if they had listened to me, my flowers wouldn't have arrived on time.
