Gina Crow is AMAZING! My Aunt Bonnie had surgery this week. I wanted to have flowers delivered asap. I looked at 800 Flowers as well as Amazon b\c I'm in Florida and family is in Arkansas. Both took one week to deliver flowers in a box. I looked online to see who was close to my aunt's address and then called Jacksonville Florist & Gift. Gina answered right away and took excellent care of us. I could not be happier. She delivered the most beautiful arrangement to my family that afternoon. My Aunt Bonnie was so happy. Highly recommend this florist!

Jacksonville Florist created my mom an amazingly gorgeous Mother’s Day arrangement of purple gladiolus and white asiatic lilies. Their friendly staff walked me through their entire collection of vases until I found “The One” that matched my mom’s unique tastes. Mrs. Gina even add a few bells of Ireland to my design, which is my favorite green flower! Needless to say, my mom’s arrangement was the envy of the flower deliveries sent to North Little Rock High School this week for Mother’s Day. When my sister brought her Mother’s Day arrangement to our mom’s house, she was sad because she felt her arrangement was inferior to the one I gave our mom. So, I want to thank the knowledgeable and friendly staff at Jacksonville Florist for the amazing Mother’s Day arrangement that made my mom feel so special and loved! I will definitely be back to see you when I need flowers and gifts to share my love with my family and friends.

Excellent service & beautiful flowers. When my great grandmother passed away my family wanted to honor her with a cross made out of roses, which were her favorite. Gina was very helpful in creating our special order and the cross turned out beautiful.

A BIG shout out to The most friendliest & caring lady (Melissa) who took time w me & helped me. * I called her back THE NEXT DAY & asked if she could help me again for my Mom for Christmas. I wanted another BEAUTIFUL poinsettia for her Christmas. I told her that my Mom LOVES snowmen & that her Christmas tree was a snowman. I asked owner to make me a nice summer vase of flowers which she did. she went above and beyond even texting a picture to me showing me the flower arrangement she made, They were lovely, She even tried to deliver them three times to ensure my daughter received them. I will for sure use them again and I recommend this shop to anyone else around. Oh yes, she also offers a military discount to out of state personel.

I called because I wanted to be sure the plants were not harmful to animals and she looked it up to be sure. Customer service was awesome and the plant was delivered in 61minutes(basically an hour ....who does that!!! Amazing!!!) from the time the call ended. The arrangement wasn't exactly as pictured but was even larger and just a beautiful!! (I know there may be a need for substitution on any order so no problem.) Thank you! I will definitely use you guys if I need help again in Jacksonville arkansAr!!

After being turned away from one florist because they couldn't do what I was asking for, a friend recommended me to Gina at Jax Florist. Not only did she make exactly what I needed for a prom corsage but delivered it!!! And she was very personable and friendly. I will definitely call them again for any future needs!
