I have been disappointed by this florist twice now. Today was the second time that I tried to place an order with them and they have been less than helpful. Both times I have called and asked for some assistance with choosing an item for my mother in law (I live out of town). They offered suggestions and the items sounded nice, but we're hard for me to visualize. I asked both times for a photo of the item to be sent to me via text. Both times I was told they were too busy. I placed my order the first time this happened and received a text a short time later with an apology and photo of the item. Therefore, I decided to give them another chance thinking they were just having a bad day. After today I know this is typical for them and they are not interested in being courteous and helpful.

My mom and I used this florist about a year ago for a spray for my mom's best friend's funeral. The spray was absolutely beautiful, and very reasonably priced. The arrangement exceeded our expectations in every way. The lady that helped us was also very consoling in our time of grief. We will never do business with another florist as long as this one is in town!

Nearly everyone else had large delivery and service fees, but this florist not only didn't charge extra for service and delivery, she was very kind and helpful to me when I placed my order.
