I have used this flower shop twice now this year, and both times I have been beyond satisfied. I'm always worried when I order flowers over the phone that I won't get what I want, but living out of state I have no choice. On both occasions I was able to call the shop and have my mom delivered flowers that same day! They work with your price range, are affordable and make some very beautiful flower arrangements They once again helped me make my moms day today, and I couldn't be more thankful. Would recommend this place to anyone!

I am very happy with they’re customer service and happy with the flower arrangement as well. When I first went in to pick up my order I was disappointed with the way it looked. However they quickly made it right and as you can see in the picture it turned out beautifully. Thanks so much I will be returning as a customer! Also the calla lilies I ordered were $4 cheaper per flower than the florist in Eureka Springs saving me around $60 dollars.

Even though they did not have the Telefora's Halloween bouquets available for purchase day of, Brian mocked up a Halloween Flower bouquet in the price range I provided. It was such a fantastic experience because since I'm located out of state, he even sent me pictures of the mock-up before purchasing. This is the only place in Eureka Springs, Arkansas that was even willing to work with me on this right out of the gate. The are even delivering it within an hour of purchasing. I highly recommend this floral shop.

These guys made getting the wedding bouquet for my wife as easy as it could be. I sent pictures of what she wanted and they were able to create an absolute masterpiece. The flowers were gorgeous and they made me a boutonniere to match. We could not have been more happy! Customer service was phenomenal!

be sure ask for a total before you give them your credit card number. also, if you chose one of the Telaflora arrangements and you have a particular reason for the color of the flowers that you picked out, be aware that they will substitute without checking with you first.
