I don't normally write reviews but others must know this. Tried getting my fiance nice flowers for valentines day and told them exactly what I want I wanted 2 roses and a few calla Lilly and star gazer Lilly and said I did not want a vase. The assortment looked nice but was 4.75$ per flower and I got a vase which I mentioned I did not a vase employee simply said "well you got one" and asked how much it was said I was charged for a vase I did not want. then asking about the Lilly I said I thought star gazers where pink and white and are normally bigger not just white and small employee said I was wrong and that they were star gazers can look like this the asked her associate associate came up and said no that indeed they were not star gazers.although flowers looked ok price was way to high and did not get my order correct I was so embarrassed by flowers I just went to Kroger and bought a bigger display that looked just as nice with more than 3 time the flowers for almost half the price of these guys. overall feeling is I was ripped off.

Great florist! I’ve used them twice for proms. They are better priced and have better quality than other long term florists in town.

I ordered a bouquet for my mum and requested a change in flower color, all via the website. My mother called saying that the bouquet was gorgeous and delivered by a very friendly smiling young man. Thank you Flowers and Home staff! I will definitely order flowers from you in the future.

This is the best florist in Hot Springs, hands down. Very creative in their work and a great value for the quality they deliver. They're also an awesome home design store and have an interior designer on staff. They have really unique home decor and we love shopping here!

I won’t be buying flowers from here again. I ordered a bouquet with a group of friends to be delivered on a specific date and it was delayed by two days. We called and there was a misunderstanding, but the man that we talked to was very rude and started yelling. I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. I don’t like giving bad reviews, but sadly this experience was very disappointing and worth going out of the way to write one.
